What mistake was it that he made? That he said he searched in the area Caylee was, when he really didn't.. or vice versa? Or is the only mistake, recording people w/out their knowledge? What was Mason's point in having him testify?

I really wish Foghorn would STFU..he isn't even making sense now..he is going in circles trying to impress the fact that he didn't know he would invoke the 5th..common on Mason..you knew he would..any reasonable person would.

LOL..now Mason is reiterating he thinks the body was moved..well I guess since that is part of yur clients defense you nutball.

Now arguing about the question he asked again..come on Mason..you knew not to go there and you still did..that's the whole defense story...

Poor JJ..he really is trying to do the best he can for Caylee..before by searching..now by telling the truth.

Mason trying to say he is changing his story..no aazzhat..he is telling the whole story..not just the part where he searched and there was no body.

I really think they just need to put it out there the Jordan taped the conversation because the jury will now think that he did some horrible thing. Recording a conversation is not that big of a deal when you are talking about finding Caylee. He didn't know where she was he just was trying to help
