I wonder if the statement Kaine made regarding his having to speak with Kyron about listening and minding the adults at the school has anything to do with this. They both seemed to think it could have put him into a vulnerable position. I wonder who Kyron was not listening to. Was it Terri or someone else? I don't see this as a snapping sort of crime. I think this has premeditation all over it. How do people plan something like this? My god, you must have no heart at all.

I was on blinks site, her thoughts on this is interesting. I agree that Terri herself didn't take him, but she put Kyron at risk due to something going on in her life. What would that be? Gambling? Drugs? Affair? Could this be because of a drug or gambling debt? Blink also said she first feared this was going to end up being something very dark. I agree with that statement as well. I think we all will end up being shocked and sickened by the end of this.

Darn I couldn't find it. I know I saw it and it gave me a sort of uneasy feeling somewhat. It must have been before May. I had gone through quite a few pages on her facebook when Kyron first disappeared.Hopefully, someone else may have captured the entire thing. I did notice she stated (before Kyron disappeared) going to the gym with Kitty so I guess she was working out again to some degree. Anyone know what Freddy's is? She mentions that she likes going to Freddy's.

Yeah, it was probably earlier in May or before then.  I remember you or someone else mentioning that. 

There's a Freddy's grocery store.. Fred Meyer. 
A Freddy's lounge.. Fat Freddy's Drop/Doug Fir Lounge.
And a Freddy's roofing maintenance.  lol

As other monkeys have said, the timing on this -- family statement that excludes Terri, and the TRO/divorce -- is rather strange.  Kind of puts me in mind of Ron/Misty in the HaLeigh case, where many are convinced their marriage/divorce was a direct result of attempting to put pressure on one person for the truth. 

Am gonna try not seeing all these latest developments as reason to conclude that Terri herself is the perp, the only perp, etc.  This could very well have been done to isolate her further, put more pressure on her to crack with the truth.  And then again too, it could be that she had everything to do with Kyron's having gone missing and where he is now.  And the rest of the family is responding with horror and dismay and are backing away from her.  We just don't know for sure yet, on anything.  Even with stuff like this that is so public, it could all have been done as part of LE's tactics. 

My first clue that it all might be LE tactics, is that they told Kaine to take the baby out of their home. 

Trying hard to think what my own reaction might be.  I could file for a TRO and remove the child from the home in one day, yes.  And even tho I would very likely want to badly enough, not so sure I'd also be able to manage filing for a divorce and getting the judge to sign on everything........ and get er done....... all in one day.  KWIM??  Guess it's possible to do, yet if so, seems that Kaine is one lucky man to have everything fall into place so easily, and so quickly.  Cuz really.... how busy are our courts and such these days? 

So that's my second clue that it all might be LE tactics, the speed with which this has all been accomplished. 

I'm gonna just watch this develop and see what happens next.  Gonna try not to add this to my 'Terri did it' theory, as proof.  Not yet anyway. 

Wouldn't surprise me in the least, with the way things have progressed so far, while all eyes are on Terri.......... to have a sudden arrest of someone else instead.  LE tactics.  Am thinking that's what we have here.  And of course, that's just my opinion... of the moment.

Apparently this is the grounds for divorce, and apparently one has to live separate and apart for 6 months before the divorce can be finalized. (Just like here in VA)

Yes, am in touch.  There is a huge support system now in place for this private search.  People from at least 3 different countries are behind him, including locals, and we have rallied together.  He has begun his search, has specific places in mind on where to search, and would like to keep those areas out of the media.  I can report back in general, but not in more specific ways yet.  To the last of my knowledge, he is working without Kyron's scent, which will likely take quite some time, given the different places that are to be searched.
