I bet Casey LOVES hearing someone say they care about her rights especially after hearing everyone testifying and knowing all they care about is Caylee.

what is mumbles going on about?  what was he trying to find funny?  I have a hard time staying focused when he starts talking  TIA

Ok so Mumbles is saying basically that a fair trial = witnesses having no clue how much ICA is lying, not allowed in court to observe her lies before they testify

grrrr so unfair.  I wonder what JBP will say?!

Mumbles calls Lee "the uncle."  He's Casey's brother.  Casey is on trial, not Caylee.  This defense loves to confuse and obfuscate.

Mason doing the "I love a little Sidestep" from "Best Little Whorehouse in Texas". Technically didn't do a depo with Lee, but was present.  I hate that semantic nit picking!

According to Baez in the opening, he could have been Caylee's father

JP reading the depo the State did of Lee.  Bobo was there as well as Lee's lawyer at this time Luka.  Cross from dufense was not that long but Bobo did ask questions .  Bobo did a massive neck twitch when JP said his cross was not that long.  Got caught again  not doing what a lawyer should do.

Dufense did not depo Lee but was present when the prosecution were deposing him.  Why would the dufense not have depoed Lee?

Defense has had more than ample time to despose Lee Anthony if they thought he had anything important to say; obviously, since they did not depose him in a 3-year span, the defense was not concerned what he would say.

This, again, is ridiculous.

I think it is funny that Lee is requesting to be allowed in the courtroom now.  I wonder why.  Maybe it has to do with his job and previously being unavailable or maybe the family didn't think Baez was going to include him in the push under the bus.  Timing to me is a little funny

But he's not Caylee's father.  He is Casey's brother.  I object to the defense deliberately using terms that are intended to confuse.  Ha, Mumbles says he doesn't know what the prosecution intends to call him for.  I'll just bet he doesn't.

They were present when the state deposed him and depositions are really open.  They were present and had an opportunity to question him under oath then.

I think his relationship to the victim is more relevant than the relationship to the defendant in regard to this motion.
