IDK in some pics it seems there may be a little something there and others nothing



My daughter has one of the very slight chin clefts

but Ortiz's was prominent ... would a girl get the deep chin cleft like her dad or a lesser one?

My dad had a deep one, I have a deep one, and my son has a deep on.  My son's father does not have one.  (butt chins  ) Maybe it goes XY, XX, XY...or in Caylee's case XX, XY, XX. Dang, now I really wish I paid more attention in biology!

The more I look at the photos of Jesus Ortiz, the more I tend to agree with Blink.  I do believe Jesus could be Caylee's dad.  Probably a one night stand.

ok, I'm going crazy looking for a chin cleft. JP does not have one. There is a pic if his mom, dad ,and sis on JP's web site in the "winery" photo album. (I'm not posting pics of his family. If you're curious enough, I guess you'll go look.) I cannot tell though whether his dad has a chin cleft.

Still do not think there is any way on God's green earth Jesus Ortiz is the dad. I'd be shocked as there is no resemblance whatsoever IMO. But who the heck knows? 

I mean come on. I am only about 1/16 Cherokee and I have a darker skin tone than an average "white" person -- year-round tan. Just sayin. I'd think Caylee's skin and hair would have been a little darker.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- In a newly-filed motion, the civil attorney for Casey Anthony is asking the judge in the case for a "protective order," which would declare her off limits from answering questions from Zenaida Gonzalez.

Anthony, 23, remains jailed on murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in December. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in mid-July, a month after she was last seen alive.

Anthony claims a baby sitter named Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped her daughter. A woman with the same name filed a defamation lawsuit against Anthony, saying she lost her job and her reputation was ruined by being linked to the case. Gonzalez is seeking $15,000.

"We're not going to help the state of Florida prosecute my client by giving statements which could hurt her. And I think that that's clear," said Anthony's civil attorney, Jonathan Kasen. "If they really had an interest in the truth, what they should do is stay the civil case until the resolution of the criminal case and then they could ask her any question they want. At that point there would be no criminal penalty hanging over her head."

In January, Gonzalez's attorneys provided Anthony with a questionnaire containing about 30 items, including the questions, "Do you know who killed Caylee?" and "Is this the same Zenaida Gonzalez who babysat for Caylee?"

Anthony refused to answer the questions, claiming they would violate her constitutional right against self-incrimination.

Anthony's attorneys said that the desposition of her brother, Lee Anthony, made it clean that the woman suing his sister was not Caylee's babysitter. Casey Anthony said she's answered all of Gonzalez's questions when she was first interviewed by detectives.

Gonzalez's attorneys said they're trying to clear their client's name, and may seek a face-to-face deposition with Casey Anthony inside the Orange County Jail.

     I'm 1/8 Choptank Indian - and besides having really dark brown eyes - you would never know it!   I turn white as a ghost in the winter!
