JSM -- stopped in to catch up and saw the news about Josef.....I am so sorry for your loss    I know how much he meant to you and he was lucky to have such a wonderful mommy in his life.  I cannot imagine something happening to Leroy so it broke my heart to read about Joe.

I hope the days get easier for you    

  Thank you Leroy, he meant the world to me and a lot of other people as well. It is a hard loss, I pray you never have to go through it with Leroy. The days seem to be getting better, but it is the nights that hurt.

It is so nice out side today I opened the doors and put up pet gates on the deck so the dogs could lay in the sun......30 minutes later Digger is running in one door and out the other....now the semi wild cat Rexella has joined in. 
Taco....he refuses to lower himself to that sort of nonsense.I threw a pillow out on the deck.He is asleep.

Just got back from the doctor and I have to have some kind of epidural steriod injections in my neck.   

I don't know how much insurance pays and what is going to cost.      I am going to opt out of the concious sedation and just let them shoot me up so I don't have to pay the anesthesiologist. If they can stick a needle in my cantelope knee and jab me in the wrist and shoulder without lidocaine, I figure I can suck it up for a bit while they put the contrast and steroid in me. 

Good news is, all those weeks of steroids count as 1 injection, maybe I should just ask for another three weeks of the horrible pills because they are covered under my prescription plan.

Trimm - that is so funny.  I opened the back deck door and just let Chubs and The Criminal go in and out all afternoon.  I had the other door into the house from the garage closed.  The Criminal (Cad) would go out the back deck door, stay out a lil while and then come to the door from the garage and scratch like she was gonna break it down.  I don't know who is dumber me or her, cuz I let her in that door about five times, while the other door was open...until I figured out... you DA just open both doors!!  She was driving me nuts - when she scratches - it is like the house is coming down - and my wood door looks awful....
