Kermit, who the heck is that guy? And what does he have to do with this case in your opinion?

He is a pilot and photographer.

Trying to find out information about him and why he would be called in for 7 statements to the Aruba investigation.

I wonder if an aerial pilot could take pictures of people burying and moving things around, go out on the road and watch rocks being painted, or maybe even have a little porn business on the side where he photographs with pimps and maybe even on a certain excursion boat operated by Steve Croes.

Wasn't there another pilot we found on the pilots list? He had a name we all knew... or was seemingly a relative or someone of interest in the case?

Then it struck me - one of the Oduber son's likes to photograph/video tape planes too. I wonder if they are connected?
