I've gone around on this, but based on the comment in the indictment of "or encouraging another to perform an act that could be harmful to Caylee, makes me think that she asked someone who was watching Caylee to administer the medication to her.  Not accusing anyone but I keep thinking of Annie.

I felt bad for GA today. I really did.  I felt soooo sad even after the indictment.
I asked Klaas to pst the ^5 picture again so I could get mad again.  It was a weird day for me.  Did you see the interview with CA.  I went crazy to find it, MrsK finally found it for me!  CA is so nuts!!

I felt bad too, he reminds me of my father.  Cindy looked so up today almost like she was flying.  She talked endlessly.  She either has lost it or she is in some altered state.

Then I saw where someone thought Lawson Lammar mentioned it, but can't find him saying it.  Thought someone just told me it was in the wording of Count Two.  It does have wording that could make one think there was another person involved.

This is a really cool site.  Link to Statement of Analysis, this is very interesting. Its something to think about and may be fun to pick apart.
This gentleman has worked on such cases as Scott Peterson, OJ simpson, Jon Bonet Ramsey, Susan Smith, etc. It looks like he is now working on the Caylee Case tooo!!! He teaches interviewing techniques to Law Enforcements.

I did not know that Baez had only three years in at the Fl bar. That disqualifies him from being the lead defense attorney.
I want her to get the best defense that is available and Baez isn't it.
A long time ago on NG, Daniel Horowitz was on and spoke of a case where the DP was on the table. Just before the penalty stage of the proceedings, the man disclosed the location of the body for the lesser sentence of life in prison. Can't remember the case, it was a spousal murder. A no body one.

Nejame, on NG said something about Cindy being on medication. She is obviously in need of different ones. Or 24 / 7 care in a facility.
