I always questioned that domestic dispute between him and his wife.  I always thought it was because the ALE brought him in and said shut up or this will be your life.

Well, not really. When you ask if it's allowed, and you hear a response of "It's okay as long as the security doesn't see you..." tends to tell me that, no, it's not okay. And for what it's worth, my wife and I saw more than one instance of ladies being asked to cover up at the Tam.

Where do you folks get some of your information?
Ask the actual people who work and or live on the island.

The whole can-you-do-it question is like a broken phone conversation.. "I think so, maybe, maybe not...." and eventually it becomes "Yes you can...." Well, apparently, no you can't.
Sorry to burst any bubbles.... have a great time anyway.
