It was also then re-published on my site when it launched in February of this year. In fact, I know Rozzie. Through a contact at GMA she asked my permission and subsequently posted my work outing Todd Black as Gil Cabot. She’s cool.

I have never stated you stole anything. It is published work, entitled to fair use. Emphasis on the Fair.

What I believe is at issue is that although many people have pointed out to you the theory was my original content, you continue to waive a receipt for April 10. I have no reason to doubt your word whatsoever, but you also have a responsibility when you post on the web to due diligence on your subject matter. I don’t know who your researchers/editors are, but a simple google search on the concept would have shown the above referenced article.

What I have said I felt was unprofessional about you, is the same thing I would say to anyone bashing colleagues. I have alot of friends that are attorneys, some of them even know you, and I can tell you I have never heard an ill-word about a colleague in a profession regulated by ethics and responsibility.

Let me take that back, with the exception of 2 that used to be Frat brothers but that doesn’t count.

What I have also said, is that when your site launched I felt there was a real need for an objective legal perspective as this case proceeds to trial and I was hopeful that was your focus.

See how easy that was? A nice pat on the back for you.

If you need anything else let me know. Marinade Dave, Valhall, JWG and even Kathi B and I borrow cups of sugar and eggs constantly.

Good Morning, all monkeys!  I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas Eve and an even more wonderful Christmas day!  Thank you all for all the updates and comments.  I'm going to be really busy for the next few days, but I can't wait to dive into the cesspool of George's computer activities, (courtesy of Blink, lol.)  I hppe so much that ultimately, sooner rather than later, that justice for Caylee is finally realized.  I think it will, since there are so many people on the side of goodness.  My wish for everyone is to have a safe and happy celebration this year.  I appreciate each and every one of you!

But again, you may want to check a fact or 6, dial down the St. John’s wart, or re-read my respectful, polite, and factual comment to you.

I do not know Bill Schaeffer. You will notice I have never commented on his blog, nor have I read it. I never once mentioned him to you. The Kathi B was snark. I will try to be more overt in the future.

I have a personal respect for Kathi B as much as one could have for a wind up toy you get from the kids meal at a drive thru and sick on something you want to annoy greatly.

For posters on here that know me, they are silently thanking you for the Christmas Eve- Eve Gaafffaawww you gifted them.

Kathi B used my work to get an interview and *BOMBSHELL* on Nancy Grace re Todd Black. I had actually turned down an appearance regarding that work previously, because, well you know, Nancy is Nancy.

The next day her news editor and I chatted, then we had a 3 way.

Moreover, I specifically stated that the lawyers I know, that know you, would not speak an ill word. How do you translate that into “they should man up”.

As far as you asserting you did more research than me, how many book reports have you done in your life without the book? There is less than 50% of what I have ‘uncovered” in that report with good reason.

REPEAT: I never said anywhere or at anytime you stole anything, this is about attrition for published work. Period.

In fact, how do you turn a reply to YOUR request for clarification from me into a BlinkBash? You just wrote a mini manifesto about a dude whose blog turned into hateposter central, and if this is your trac you can expect the same. They will come, they will tell you how great you are and the rest are 2 bit housewife assholes and ( well i forget now the current slam) but you get the picture.
