The beaking news last night on NG was that neglect charges were dropped but LE could prove that Caylee was dead..Pretty sure that's what I read....

I believe MyTime called them.  IIRC, The lady she spoke with said as far as she knew it was Casey, but would check with someone and call her back.  I haven't heard ( or I missed it) of any return phone call.

Hardly anyone will ever say "100% sure."  Even a DNA match will say "99.4309%," rather than "100%."

I don't think it means they are not sure, even if they say it's not 100%.

Cindy will cling to that fraction of a percentage point for the rest of her life.

Cindy was watching George very closely each time he would answer. They even zoomed in on her face and you could just see her wheels spinning. She had that "You better watch how you word that comment" look. IMO

Just as I suspected - Cindy is driving this ship. Did you see her TURN and look at George when he was asked about his Grand Jury testimony? I do believe the earlier poster, they are being told what to say and what not to say by their attorney's in hopes that reasonable doubt will be given. It won't but good luck Mr. Baez.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Guilt is the motivating factor. Cindy cannot face Caylee's death because of her guilt over whatever role she believes she may have played in it. Guilt is written all over her face.

Does anyone remember the psychic who was interviewed by a local Fox station regarding this case?  I can't remmber her name, but she is in Detroit?  I think she stated that Caylee told her, "the man from the car parts store knows where I am."  Doesn't this latest witness work in a car dealership?  I'm not that sold on psychics but I found this interesting.

Eyewitness Paul Kovach claims to have seen a white Pontiac in late June parked along Boggy Creek Road which is 5 miles from the Anthony home and close to Orlando Airport. He said the woman he thinks was Casey, was wearing a large straw hat and red sunglasses and he saw her emerge from a wooded area carrying a shovel which she placed in her trunk.

Of course this does not stop some news outlets, and I use the word news in its loosest sense. My wife, who has been following this story with a microscope was horrified when she stumbled upon this Fox News item out of Detroit.

They posted a video of a conversation with a psychic Kimmie Rose Zapf from CBS’s Psychic Radio who claims that while ‘on the air’  talking to a caller she suddenly started receiving messages. She claimed it was from someone by the name of Caylee and she was asking for her help to find her.

I do believe the earlier poster, they are being told what to say and what not to say by their attorney's in hopes that reasonable doubt will be given. It won't but good luck Mr. Baez.

I am also sure that attorneys are telling then what to say, however IIRC Cindy has said more than once that she doesn't listen to anyone and says what she wants.   Give her time she will open mouth and insert foot again.  It will be interesting, if this goes to trial (I believe there will be plea bargain), to her Cindy trying to dance around all the interviews she's given.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- In spite of the evidence proving otherwise, the Anthony family insists missing toddler Caylee is still alive. A new tip line was up and running Wednesday morning.

Eyewitness News first reported the family's plans to start the new tip line last week, hours after the spokesperson for Casey's attorney admitted on national television that he believes Caylee is dead (read previous report).

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Guilt is the motivating factor. Cindy cannot face Caylee's death because of her guilt over whatever role she believes she may have played in it. Guilt is written all over her face.

I did have sympathy for the A's at first because I cannot imagine losing one my Granddaughters, but their continued stance on Casey being innocent & a victim when the evidence proves otherwise is appalling & it's causing people to hate them! They cannot justify what they're saying, LE can!

They can't answer a yes or no question or any question for that matter. They give lots and lots of details and try to do everything to deflect from answering.

Kind of like those essay questions in high school. I used to try and bullshit my way through them. Long winded answers with no point whatsoever.

There is no advantage for Casey to reveal where Caylee's remains can be located and ... Cindy and George have every motivation to continue their mission that undermines the work of Tim Miller.

Lawyer With Death Penalty Experience Joins Casey Anthony Team

Casey's defense attorney keeps insisting Caylee is still alive, even though a grand jury indicted her for premeditated murder after hearing the evidence the FBI and Orange County sheriff's investigators have against her.

If Caylee's body is not found before trial, it's unlikely Baez will need help from a death penalty-qualified attorney, because without a body there probably would be no push for the death penalty.
