IMO...his whole defense comes from the blogs.

It's so bizarre! I believe this might actually be true. He seems to know things we've discussed here, but not in depth enough to realize it's not good evidence.

I really question if he didn't take bits and pieces of the defense story off the blogs.  Things like George molesting her.

Considering the incompetence of the defence attorney ... is it possible if Casey does receive the death penalty or LWOP ... she can appeal that decision.  In other words ... will we be going through this trial process again in the future?

The poor jury isn't gonna hear that it was all much ado about nothing.  Now they'll prob. think the detective strips in his off time under the name dick tracy orlando.

Yes, remember when he broke his leg?  Well, I'm assuming that Tricia contacted him and told him that WS would love to talk to him about his leg.     I remember saying at the time I didn't think it was a good idea.

I hate to say it but she really should be able to get another trial because of his inability to even read, but she won't be because the judge has asked her time after time if she is okay with her lawyer. I think JP was thinking way ahead in doing that to prevent her from later saying she had incompetent defense.

Why hasn't she fired him?  Do you think he plays into her "you're a goddess & are a victim"  *NEED*  for lack of another word?

I agree.  The jury will have to wonder what is going on.  All bozo has done is try to say every witness has lied!  Who is going to find that credible?

If she had a singular representation, its possible to win an appeal due to ineffective counsel but she has a team with TWO death qualified attorneys so its extremely doubtful to a near given that it would not be a win on appeal.  Also she has been taking active part in her defense & been asked several times if she understands & is satisfied with counsel & she responded affirmatively each time.
