Didn't him and his dream team go through the records? They had all the phone #'s and names of all callers. It becomes more and more clear, that Bozo and clan have done nothing for 2 years.....nadda......zip......zero!
They STILL think the state is supposed to do their leg work for them. IDIOTS!

I haven't followed this case as closely as you monkeys have, AND
I'm not an attorney.

Having said that - re. the witnesses being called by Baez (and by the state for that matter) -

I *think* that sometimes witnesses are named just to keep them out of the court room during other witness testimony.

In trial, the prosecution presents its case first.
Witnesses can't be in the courtroom until after they testify.

If both prosecution and defense have an individual on its witness lists, that individual is effectively banned from the trial until it's over. (Except for the time(s) that individual is on the stand.)

Again, I'm not an attorney, but I *think* that's the strategy sometimes.

3. Erica Gonzalez, who had a conversation with Casey on July 15, 2008.

Ms. Gonzalez's phone number had appeared on the phone records. She was located in Oviedo. in June or July, Yuri Melich took her statement and the transcript should have the date the statement was taken.

Who called whom? Did Casey call Ms. Gonzales while she was setting up her babysitter-did-it kidnapping story?

Erica stated during the phone (between her and Casey) conversation on July 15th, she heard Casey say to Caylee to sit down or something like that, but Erica never heard Caylee's voice at all during that conversation.

OMG...............I just saw Rick Pleasea (Cindy's brother) who told Cindy from the beginning that KC was lying and that she killed Caylee...............I am beginning to wonder if BOZO is the prosecution or the defense.

Turbo, remember the first witness list ....it stated ALL the people on the State list were also part of his list....what a joke....bottom line  as Mark said, he is incompetent!!  I think the reason Rick is on the list is because in his emails where he tells about the years they have allowed KC to lie and the years thy have covered for her....I think they will use him in the penalty phase to try to establish mental issues....IMO it all fits in with the new doctor and the continuing visitations from the mitigation specialist.

And like mentioned, Amy saw no Caylee when Casey got to the airport.
And Zanny is definately xanax, but Casey blamed a Cuban instead. Yeah. nice.

That and the forensics should do it.
