Cindy has a real advantage at this point, to be able to sit in the courtroom and listen. I can't imagine how she can explain away this testimony, but she sure knows what the jury will know.

Agreed, Capp. I just wonder how adamently she'd stick to her story if she were brought in after this guy, not knowing what he testified to.

I really can't understand why she is being allowed to sit there in court and listen to this testimony against her lies.  JP should have said under these circumstances for today she needs to be waiting in the hallway with everyone else.  It was one thing to extend her this courtesy earlier..but now under the circumstances he shuld have rescinded that  offer to let her be in the courtroom

Can someone tell me...is Cindy claiming that she was home most of that day or has she said she was 'back and forth' from work that day?  I'm just curious if she isn't going to say it didn't log her out because she came BACK to work within that 5 hr window and did more work...?

Her boss and fellow employees can clear that up.

Wait a minute. Camperlengo said if she stepped away for 5 hours it would log her off...BUT...if there's no activity after 15 minutes of logon it'll idle or hibernate. This means that b!tch was fricken there all day just like we knew bc she can't get from Winterpark to her house in Orlando, then back again, in 15 minutes. So everytime her system idles, it'll track & show up on data bc she'll still have to put her password back in. I have my office computer set up to idle every 15 minutes here at home bc I keep it on all the time...when I step away for say 1/2 an hour all I have to do is put in my password. When I do this at home, it takes me back to my session. Gentiva is set up like that except after idling you have to type in the info again for security purposes, it's health records etc, so it'll erase after idling.

Cindy's so cooked she's well done baby. Forget the fork, just throw it away...which is exactly what I think the jury will do with her previous testimony. Lmfao!
