Caylee Anthony was first reported missing 69 days ago. Deputies believe she is dead. The documents released Tuesday reveal why her mother, Casey Anthony, is the prime suspect.

I comprehend after scanning these documents why Casey Anthony has not be charged with the death of her daughter.  The forensic and circumstantial evidence is overwhelming.

I understand.  George must have felt the way you do, because he ended up leaving the house for a day and a half.  Waterboarding is too good for her...but it might work.  She's all about herself and if she thought she was drowning, she just might fess up (at least a little bit).

it's an interesting thought Klaas,

why would they want her there?

1 they know she is going away for years and want her to be home while they can have her and have already forgiven here.

2 they don't want her in jail but can't stand the sight of her.

3 Baez wants her at home and not in a area where she can be taped giving more info.

4 there is someone else in that house partially responsible, and Cindy thinks it's unfair that Casey is taking the entire fall herself.

 - who knows - it's a family of lying nutballs and there could be more reasons unknown to any of us.

All I can say is her imaginary nanny is friggin' LOADED!!  I wish I had somebody to take me to a different amusement park a day.. and the beach, and stuff.  Sadly, this sh*t is all in Casey's imagination. Her conscience is telling her that done f'd up, and now Caylee will NEVER go to these places again.

Yeah, maybe she was afraid her friends would smell her car and wonder about it. And so she was trying to make an excuse. This also proves Cindy lied that the smell was not there prior to it being towed. Sorry, Cindy, not only did Jesse pass a poly, but the smell was acknowledged by Casey prior to leaving to at the Amscot.

Why in the bloody hell is she not in jail after it was proven she said this:

Because if I'm reading it correctly she says "If they NEVER find her guess who spends eternity in jail?".  All that is saying is that Caylee is missing and Casey will be blamed if she's not found.

I've seen two different people arrested on the internet this week for a lot less than Casey is accused of - and their bonds are bond 1 million.

What's with all the gas cans? Did she burn Caylee's body? And was the chloroform used to kill or an attempt to clean?
