No he is insinuating that since George put Henkel duct tape on teh gas can that he put the duct tape on his granddaughter.

Montgomery examined a hair found with Caylee's remains. She told jurors she found no trace in the hair sample of a number of drugs, including ones that can have a sedative or knock-out effect.

Baez then asked, "What other meaningless tests do you do at the FBI?"

Montgomery responded, "I consider all my work meaningful."

You can tell Baez is feeling desperate and discouraged. He is copping an attitude. This will not sit well with the jury.

Yes, he is   He asked a question & the witness is answering, he cant stop it because he doesnt like the answer.   If George is on point to the question he has to let him answer.  He is badgering this witness & it needs to be limited, IMHO

I can't believe how irritated I am, at Baez and the defense team, at Casey for causing all this, at George and Cindy Anthony for creating Casey and propagating the lies.  I just want this to be over...the only one I think is innocent is the one that is being ignored by her family, poor little Caylee.

For all those that are worried and screaming reasonable doubt in the MSM ... let me just say I cannot wait until the State's rebuttal case. They have not only owned the Defense witnesses on cross and got them to agree with their time lines, they have shown them to either not understand the case or even turned defense witnesses into ones for the State.

The Gentiva witnesses will all but prove that Cindy lied ... an IT gut, RUT-ROH.

Every piece of the Defense's lame presentation will be shredded by Ashton, et al.

That is going to be a thing of beauty and curtains for Casey Anthony.
