Prosecutors say they do not have enough evidence to seek the death penalty against Casey Anthony, who is accused of killing her daughter, Caylee, WESH 2 News learned on Thursday.

Seems a little premature without a body but .......
As long as they have enough evidence to put her away for life .... I'm ok with that!

Maybe this is just a little under the table plea bargin????  We will say early on, no death penalty if you give up the body????

I'm thinking there is a chance that she "told the truth" to someone and a plea is in the works .... This seems like an "impulsive" premature decision ... especially with a search coming up this weekend ... IIRC they (the prosecution) had until the 24th to make this decision ... why now????

Prosecutors say they do not have enough evidence to seek the death penalty against Casey Anthony, who is accused of killing her daughter, Caylee, WESH 2 News learned on Thursday.

A source at the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office told WESH 2 News reporter Bob Kealing on Thursday that prosecutors have decided there are not enough "aggravating factors" to pursue the death penalty.

A defense attorney sent prosecutors a report outlining why the state should not seek a death sentence against Casey Anthony, who faces trial on first-degree murder and other charges.

Why would they be giving this information out now, prior to the search.
When Caylee is found there could be "aggravating factors". 
Guess Casey doesn't have to worry about telling them where Caylee is now!

Would they do this? Why not just wait and annouce the plea? I'm confused and I have to leave to go home in a few!

It looks to me like Cindy returned with Caylee from Mt Dora on the 15th around 2:30 pm (E-Pass records).  So the fight must have been in the afternoon, not that evening/night?  Is there a chunk of time where KC's phone is quiet that afternoon?

I know this is speculation, but could there be a possibility that A's have decided to join TES?  TM stated on NG last night that he had spoken with Cindy two days in a row.  This a.m. when MURT drove by Hopespring, MURT said he thinks TES was at the A"s home. 

Of course, no one in their right mind would let the A's out in the woods, hopefully, but could things be changing directions now that Defense is playing around with "what if" scenerios?
