i love how ashton is clearing up that george didn't have anything to  do with it.  All beaz can do is say yep he was involved but not give any reason except for family dysfunction as to the why he did it. no molestation excuse.

It makes Casey's murder of Caylee even more heinous due to her allegations, all of them, but to her own father with no hesitation...no word strong enough beyond despicable can describe it

yeah, i think if the jury doesn't buy the molestation accusations, they cannot escape the fact as to how dangerous casey remains.  what child and sister would do that to the people who stood behind her and supported her through all this? i think an exceptionally dangerous person.

do we know that this even smells like death still, after all this time? what if it doesn't.. or is some how less than it was.. and that works against the state?

If I remember correctly, Perry said he would not allow the jury to take the cans in with them.

ITA Klaas..she has been well coached for today..she's been coached all along..but for today they  made sure she gets the cues on when to cry, snuffle..look away...doesn't help..she still looks like an ugly lying murderess.
