I think this faux pas by Yuri Melich will be grounds for a mistrial or a successful appeal, should the baby killer be convicted. What a shame.

IMO Baez didn't include discovery about this on purpose. He wanted an ambush. I'm a little PO'd at JP for entertaining it and even more so because he's allowed Baez to show up even today without copies for the State.

CBB you are absolutely correct...he wanted to ambush Yuri. I read all the posts a long time ago.....I can't remember one post about the case....WS started the thread when he broke his leg.  He was reprimanded and told to stop and he did.  I hope Jose never needs a cop at his house or he'd better not get stopped for speeding   BTW Jose unfriended me on Facebook....it seems he took exception to me posting the video clip of him and his crew cursing and pushing reporter/cameraman and telling him it was his finest moment in the case so far....gee, guess he can't take a joke

Baez is sooo professional he handed the judge and state copies and did not out them in order did not give the judge all of the copies and said he was rushing it. You had months to do this!!
