CNN is running a repeat of their "Headline Prime"

Part of that is a report of Carl Penthall in Aruba.  He follows another group of teens from their arrival recently to the end of their night out...including a trip to CnC.s

This is AFTER N>H>'s disappearance.  

Looks terrible for these people.  They start out assuring they will use the buddy system but at the end one girl, when asked about her buddy, stumbles off, muttering "that's her problem".  The level of intoxication is stunning..

Seems like business as usual...nothing learned

Don't forget Cuban terrorist Luis Posada Carriles hid out on Aruba recently.  NYT even interviewed him there.  There is an organized crime element on the island.  Casinos tend to draw them as does offshore banking.  I imagine Venezuelan and Colombian criminals hang out there and look for a piece of the action.   The Dutch probably do a lot of "watching" there.

It's the same boat that was named on under the pictures of the Tickle site before they took the pictues down. What caught my attention was Joren or his brother and freinds sitting out on a long sail mast. It's the same boat I think.

Anybody catch the report from Geraldo saying that a high ranking official was overheard by a very trusted source saying "How can I do this to that boy (Joran)...he is my best friends son" ..... I have been trying to keep positive that mistakes were being made due to lack of experience in dealing with such a big case, but now I have to say that I am convinced of a cover up that was thrown totally off course by the heavy involvement of Nat's family, the press, FBI, and basically all the eyes of the world. I believe that Mickey and Abraham would have taken the hit for this. Very Scary........just my thoughts.

But police have not provided a breakdown of offenses since 1995, says Martijn Balkestein of the Central Bureau of Statistics.

Interesting stuff.  That means the overall crime rate in Aruba is about 40% higher than New York City, while the murder rate is 30% lower.

So sue me, I'm a statistics freak.

Dash / ----..........You're prob getting used to some of the idiotic posters and some of the crap they say but just want you to know that the majority of us are 100% behind you and your family and friends.  It is clearly evident you are wise beyond your years and are taking this situation in the best possible way.  We will all continue to pray for Natalee's safe return.

What population figures did you base that on? This could be an important fact, I think.

Ok can someone tell me which of these is correct?  I seem to be hearing to versions of what the guard says Deepak told him regarding what really happened.

1. They take natalee and joran to lighthouse and then go to mariott where they drop them off.  Later they receive a call from joran saying that they need to talk.

2. They take natalee and joran to the lighthouse and go back to their place they receive a call from Joran and pick the two up and take them to the mariott and then leave.

Which one is it?
