Ok, I gotta tell you Monkeys. IMO this is giving me a headache and I'm going to bake some bread, and watch some t.v.

I'm out for the night and hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to post the Monkey present!

Goodnight Monkeys! May our sweet angel Kyron be brought home soon.  an angelic monkey

Jason has the right to get a lawyer and sue for libel.

Everyone has that right...doesn't mean they would win though.  I suppose if I were in msollicito's shoes, I may have done the same thing. I agree with you msc...  sounds like it would be a hassle either way and he's not worth your time.

The owner of that site is a poster here. Maybe she will chime in?
Gosh I cant resist though I probably should..
I told Jason that I dont think I libelled him.
On my site I linked to other sites containing information and theories that I suspected were true.
To be guilty of libel I would have to state something that I knew to be untrue - I dont think I ever did that.
However, I am a simple girl with no legal knowledge and no money so I am withdrawing the site with an apology.
Otherwise I have to go to court against a man who allegedly had six supreme court nominations.. Wink

Umm, I think you have to be appointed by the president to be appointed to the Supreme Court and have to be an attorney.

Is Jason 'in" with Obama and is he an Atty?

Anyone serving on the CRB is considered an Oregon Supreme Court Appointee.

Ok I couldn't resist.  I just found this doing a search on the Internet.  Wasn't expecting to find this but here it is.

This is not my opinion but it is out there on the internet for all to search out and read. You will be surprised but first read the question and where the answer is actually posted.

Who achieved 6 State Supreme Court Appointments by the Chief Justice before his 39th birthday?

It is my prayer that Kyron be found and return home. Of course like everyone else I want him found alive but feel his parents need peace and closure. May this happen before Spring 2011.

I know it's hard not having PM's here but this "you got mail" stuff has to be curtailed a bit OK?

Klaas, Respectfully, I understand your reasoning, but the majority of us don't use these emails as our regular emails, so we don't check them very often, and when we're working on something regarding the Kyron case, sometimes we are at a standstill until we hear from another Monkey. There are some things that we don't want to post publically because we don't have the facts yet. It would waste time and too much time has already gone by since Kyron's been missing.

Don't want you to feel left out, Itaryl Moosee, we're coming to get you!!!

I understand the not posting.  I would think that if you have been emailing people with these email addys that you don't normally use right now you WOULD be checking them.

This is one of the reasons we don't have PM's.  People don't like seeing others say "check your PM's", makes some people feel left out.

I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday.

No BBQ for me today - sadly discovered the BBQ rusted from the inside out because of the rain of the past month.

--------

About the private emailing, I do agree that too many "you got mail" or "check your mail" on the discussion board makes the rest of us feel kinda left out.

It makes me feel there is some sort of private party that I wasn't invited to, or some worthy subject being discussed that I'm missing out on.

In summary, it brings back childhood issues of lack of breastfeeding, barefoot walking to school, constant comparisons to the village idiot... and so forth and so on.

But... I really don't mind it, the thing on the board thing.

-------

About Kyron, I think that the fate of the little boy is more close to home than many of us want to think it is.

The answer is right in front of us.

All the zany and wacky theories are worth exploring, but it is hard to prove any concrete connection to Kyron as of yet.

I also understand that the lack of evidence released by the authorities is driving all of us to try to connect the dots to make a whole picture... with a lot of the dots missing.

Very Happy

I agree. Sometimes what is the most obvious is overlooked. All the "odd" links to so many people...one would not have to necessarily know all of them to pass an "item" along...a to b to c to d...etc...a knows b but not c, b does not know d, etc...does that make sense? I guess what I am trying to put into words is the original person who took Kyron would not necessarily know where he went after they handed him off to "b"(thus, "I don't know where Kyron is" would be a true statement)...and so on
I am having a hard time trying to make sense here..it is somewhat of a feeling that has been growing over the last couple of weeks. I am frustrated          that I am having such trouble with turning it into words...   but I do know when I read Moosee's post, it makes sense and I really feel it is something right there (on the tip of the tongue so to speak) that will be is the key.

Hi Monkeys

I have been watching and reading and wondered if there is a manual about all these monkey behaviors and rules. Do I have to research a certain amount of information monthly, for instance? Thank for letting me watch you guys swing in the trees!

Hi APB and welcome to Scared Monkeys.  There isn't a manual regarding monkey behaviors and rules, but posters are asked to be civil to one another, no posting spam, porn and etc.  When bringing articles and information over from other places, a link is to be provided.  Research is optional, but is appreciated.  Also- this is one of our missing person's threads, and posts in here should be on topic (about Kyron and the case), although some off topic posting is allowed to keep things friendly .  Since you've been watching and reading, you may be aware there is a whole big forum, which includes other cases, Musings for open discussion and etc.  If you click on "Home" in the upper left hand of the page, you can find the index page, which may help you navigate.    Again, welcome to Scared Monkeys.

APB - if you need help with an avatar, there are two here that are talented and helpful, CBB and Brandi.  The links to their threads are:
