1 man to call airlines to see if his tickets can be rescheduled at no cost
1 Women schedule for surgery.. Juror will call back after surgery
1 man to check if work pays while on jury

We've seen this face before...remember the stone cold look she had on her face when the cops picked her up at her home when Padilla had her out on bail...she walked out of the house in handcuffs, police cars pulled up almost to the front door, and a group of folks on the sidewalk screaming and hollering at her!  Stone cold.

8 weeks is a long time to be away from one's birds. My bird would never speak to me again if I did that.

Juror 41- Male- Gets paid 3 weeks max for compensated- Child in college- Financial Hardship- Excused
Juror 42- Women- Self Employed- Sole supporter- Excused
Juror 43- Male- Animals at home to take care of(birds) - Daughter can take of them- Check with daughter and report back with give instructions
