My understanding was that he's not allowed in over the weekend...search may, I repeat MAY continue on Monday morn..It's a park, probably lot's of kids over the weekend

Yes it would be very busy over the weekend and I'm sure lots of kids.  That said there were kids at todays search too:

Just got in and sounds like I missed alot today. Did they by any chance sell funnel cakes and cotton candy at the barbeque?

I AM ABSOLUTELY NOT SUPPORTING/DEFENDING PADILLA. -- However, I'm not confident any area is really "cleared".

Wreck, I respectfully disagree. When I was there over Labor Day we searched many areas and truly cleared them.

Let me even find some picks of the Blanchard Park search and things we found that were eye opening that we were hopeful only to learn later it was unrelated.

JMO  but it would depend upon the area being searched, conditions and the people involved.
Are you ever going to be 100% sure ..  NO  I do not think so esp. if the person is not found.
Has anyone ever been found in an area already cleared by experts?  I'm guessing that has occured sometime/somewhere.

I read that someone heard that on Murt's site about the no search on the weekend due to it being crowded~but the reporters just stated that he was not allowed back in BP anymore.....

Agreed OF. Every area of search is drastically different and has unique conditions.
