Water Depth Reports Released In Case Against Casey
ORLANDO -- The State Attorney’s Office has just released new documents in the Case Against Casey.

Right now, News 13 is pouring through the files.

It appears that there are about 40 pages released, including new photos that have been added into evidence in the case.

This picture is so sad.  The shirt Caylee is wearing is the one found with the remains and there is clearly a bruise/spot under Caylee's eye.  There is someone standing in the doorway to the right of the TV, you can see their sneaker and leg.   Based on the E-guitar , is this Richardo's?
I am thinking it is at Ricardo's but am I looking at the photo wrong?  It looks like maybe that is her hair but I may not be seeing it right....

Agreed!!!!! Also, remember that teenager boy who got video from around the search date if not exactly on it or after, it showed water all over the recovery site.

New Photos Among Casey Evidence Released

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Prosecutors released more documents and new photos on Wednesday in the case against Casey Anthony.

The documents are the latest in thousands of pages of documents released since Anthony was charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of her daughter, Caylee.

The documents include several photos of Anthony and Caylee as well as a report on water depths in the area where Caylee's remains were found in December 2008.

Also amid the documents is a television script discussing a jail phone call from Anthony to her brother, Lee, regarding Zenaida Gonzalez, who is the nanny Anthony maintains kidnapped Caylee.

Anthony is in Orange County Jail awaiting trial in 2010. Prosecutors have said they will seek the death penalty.

WESH 2 News is reviewing the documents and will post them as soon as possible.

Yep!  it clearly states when the area was underwater and when it wasn't....but I am not technical enough to determine how much surface water etc was actually at the area at other times.....

I am also happy this all came out the day before court.  Nothing like rattling a few defense  and grieving family members before they have to get on the stand tomorrow .       

No time for a media blitz either for Lyon , LKB and Bobo.
