I'm watching 48 hours and one of the lawyers said to the reporter that the state has lead you to believe that there was duct tape around Caylee's mouth.

Well then where in the world was the duct tape?

Well, Im ill as heck ...the shrine that house is & showing theyhave the death certificate on display - the Caylee look alike angel - this family should have protected her instead they now are making blood money off of her memory  - its infuriating

Are they showing the shrine, I've been dying to know what that looks like. Is Caylee's bedroom been turned into a shrine, or is the whole house? Caylee look alike angel

Thanks, wonder if they have all been taken down now that the taping of the show is done? I can understand about the fingerprints on the mirror, but, sorry I don't believe that clean freak Cindy wouldn't have washed them away.

Caylee's fingerprints are on the mirror in her room, and they're keeping them there to "memorialize" her. The death certificate is also laying out.

  I honestly never heard of keeping a death certificate laying out, I couldn't do that, it would be too upseting.

They have it framed or just laying there?

LKB: The duct tape being around Caylee's mouth will be a point of contention. There is no evidence against Casey. The duct tape was contaminated. A stranger's fingerprints were on the tape. A stranger was involved.

What they are referring to, is the partial panel result from the tech, they then amplified it and then had a full profile to explain the contamination, which is not uncommon in the chain of evidence, chain of procesing protocol. There is no stranger, there are not 2 levels of contmamination. That is utter BS.

I do believe my TV is thankful I am not tuning in. For fear of undeserved reprisals...

Not framed. Cindy picked it up and unfolded it. They were in Caylee's room. She said that Caylee should be here instead of this piece of paper.

Put that one on the calendar! I finally agree with Cindy on something!

I don't understand keeping a death certificate laying out.  Wouldn't most people put it up for safekeeping with other important documents, or in the safety deposit box?
