That is exactly what I was sayin in my other post.  WHO CARES!?!!  To single the hispanic race out in all of this is discriminating.  The phrase "First Hispanic to have a high profile case".  If anything he is being discriminating towards all the other defense attornies who are not Hispanic! 
Thanks Dolce, I don't believe he is the first hispanic to have a high profile case. For goodness sake Alberto Gonzales was the Attorney General for the US. Baez is a dumb arse.

24 mo's would be 2, and Caylee was only 2 and a half at the time of death.

She was 34 months in June wasn't she?

My granddaughter is the very same age right now that Caylee was when this happened.  She is in mostly 3's but she does still wear some things that are 2's.  I could see her wearing shorts that that are 2's since you don't have to worry about the length.

O/T - did any other monkeys feet get really really cold when they put vicks on them???  I'm nervous

I always got that sensation Leroy! What I mean is Vicks always made me feel cold when I put it on my chest or nose area.I haven't ever put it on my feet though..

Was it tested for DNA ?

I don't know.  I don't have a pg 322 in my documents, all my documents are hand numbered in the 1,000's lol.

ok- that is true.  She just didn't seem exceptionally small to me to be wearing a size almost 1 year younger but clothes do run large / small and that is def. true about length.

Could be one of those force flex bags.

Some of those vinyl hampers are small and can be folded up or collapsed.   It would probably fit inside a large black trash bag.  Especially like a large leaf bag.
