In previous hearings it is a record of what is being said in court.   The court stenographer is computerized now so it can be connected to her equipment so they get the transcription in real time.

So was mine both different jobs I held was not allowed to fire as long as we keep them updated.

Juror 7, man says would be financial hardship.  Company would not pay him for jury duty.  JP asked him to call company to see if they would change their mind about paying him while on jury duty.  He replies he is the person who makes the polices so it would not be changing.

Mumbles objected to excuse him for financial hardship.  Not excused.
