There is zero evidence that Boeti has anything at all to do with this.  Freddy has given several statements.  Many of us do believe Freddy could be involved and if not involved that night involved in videoing other tourist girls with Joran.

What are you trying to say, imply?

Great news.
TY all for keeping this up.
My thoughts and my prayers are with the entire family of Natalee.   
People do still care, maybe we don't post in this thread every day or every week, but I for one still read here.
Today's Front Page post was the best news in this in a long time.
It doesn't matter to me what involvement the Kalpoes had, they were involved & lied and took the legal advice from Papa Sloot. If they hadn't aligned themelves with Joran and his father so early on ( the same night ) and told the truth, there might have been some justice for Natalee.
I belive that they covered for him and were paid off by the elder Sloot to do so. 
I also believe that they went back out that night and could have saved her.
I can't type in the words that describe the Kalpoes. Klaasend would ban me.

Kat_Gram - I agree with you and would have to ban myself if I described how I really felt about the Kalpoes.

We all knew that the Dr. Phil people had to edit the tape to make it fit into the program.  NOW, the defamation part is BS, how can the Kalpoes be dafamed for something they admitted doing.  This trial could get very interresting and I do plan on being there if the general public is allowed.

There is a strong possibility that the K2's could lose and be ordered to pay the Dr. Phil team all legal fees.  Wouldn't that be sweet!

I am going to have to do more reading about the status of the Phil case this week, last I read was that the Kalpoes had failed to provide all the discovery documents and had had many extensions to do so and their excuses were lame.

I am not a lawyer, but if they failed to show that there was emotional damage in this one against Skeeters, and US case law was cited, wouldn't the same thing happen with the Phil one ?
I do remember enough from the Phil response that they were told to look elsewhere ( Aruba ) for any damages as Phil reported on what had happened there, the arrest of the Kaploes.

I doubt it will be televised, not enough interest but I could be wrong.  As it gets closer to trial date maybe we should bug the networks about televising it?

We will just have to remind them that Lifetime had their biggest audience ever, ever when it is closer to the time for this trial.

I think there is enough interest, if not locally then nationally, or Lifetime wouldn't have gotten the response that they did.  I was shocked when they posted it for free on their site so they must have made a buncha money from airing it already or maybe just wanted to do something good for a missing person case.

In any event, they did have their largest audience ever and Court TV should think about that!

YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING!!! ANITA HAS NOT BEEN IN ONE MOMENT OF PAIN. SHE HAS CODDLED JORAN AND PAULUS FROM DAY 1 THROUGH TODAY.

His mother has known the truth since day one.  Paulus called her in the Netherlands.  They discussed how Joran was the last to be seen with Natalee, at a time when everyone thought a security guard was the last.  The only thing she's crying about is not having control, like she is used to having. She's covered and made excuses for Joran from day one.
