thanks for checking.... in your pic of somers house what is the rectangle sign in the bottom left corner?

One last note: Kids don't often know street names and they can be forgetful or easily confused. So Somer's sister may not have reported the time/place correctly where she last saw Somer. And as much as I keep saying that the time of day is weird and the timeline is screwy, I also feel that things can happen in PLAIN SIGHT.  Everyone nowadays is on their cell phone or just lost in their own thoughts. So I could see how a kid could disappear into a house or a car and be "hidden" by all the other activity going on around. I suppose if I saw a child get into a car at some random time of day, with no one else around, I might be suspicious. But after school lets out, you don't really question kids getting into cars or walking into houses or going off with adults or other kids....Everything blends together and nothing stands out as much. (unless there was a struggle or something)
Ok, tired. Going to relax now. Night!
hi
have you ever heard of kidz klubhouse? it is a preschool/daycare from what i can dig up on it... the reason i ask is when i did a google map where you can essentially walk down the street i noticed a big white van from there... reaching for strawshere but wondering if somer could have thought it was something cool and hopped in with the driver... no one would have noticed probably

I have not heard of Kidz Klubhouse, but my kids are not in daycare/after school care. Also, at this point anything is possible.

The response from Somers friend is interesting. "I will ask her where she goes" ..hmmm

It is also sad isn't it? Poor little girl didn't know her friend would most likely not be at school the next day. That innocense she had then, has forever been taken away. So many victims in these crimes.

Heart. I remember the tracking dogs. I'm sure they brough in cadaver dogs, but never saw or heard about them. Sorry.
sooooo glad you are local... i have another question...
in the report that says they searched 200,000 tons of trash at  a clay county dump and 100,000 tons at the folksten one...
made me wonder why 2x's as much in clay... does 2/3 go to clay and 1/3 go to folksten if so is it residential pick up going toclay and business/private trash sector going to folksten?
is there anyway you can find that out...
also up here we have a dump that you can make an appointment to dump your own trash like big stuff that the city won't pick up... does anyone know if folksten allows personal dumping as well?

Penny from what I understand the trash that was searched at Rosemary hill was searched there because they caught it prior to it being transferred to the larger truck which was a smaller amount. Also, you can bring your trash to Rosemary hill, but you have to show proof of residency and are allowed 500lbs per week, or you have to pay. They also seperate things out, like we brought yard trash and some old tires to the dump, and the tires had to be dumped in one place, and the yard trash dumped in another. Hope that answers your questions.

One thing I am trying to do right now is map out the garbage route for Tuesday and who gets it picked up that day (in my area it is Wednesday). This way we could actually narrow down the areas that were picked up on Tuesday.

I know most of you don't believe as I do on who I think did it this. But I want to point out that in all the news coverage I have not heard of one person that said they saw her looking for her child or calling the friends parents to see if she was at there houses. Sorry in advance if this offends some of you

twocents thank you for all the information you have been able to provide us with. I hate to ask you for a favor but... At some time while you are out could you find out the name of the company that supplies or picks up trash at the park and the nearest apartments there in the area and the pick up times or dates? It seems you are the designated local sleuther for us. LOL

Finding Answers - The nearest condos are about 200 yards from the Gano house "Grove Park Condos". There are also the Middletown apartments on Debarry. As for the garbage, it is contracted out to different companies for residential and commercial. Which one are you looking for?
