You all need to understand, I read the post of jerrys wrong. Not gonna say what I initally thought. I reread it and regretted. Haven't you ever read a post too fast and responded too quickly? Where is that embarrassed emoticon

LOL Shell  Smile  Hope all is going well for you !!

PEACHES.. God luv yah girl.. what an eventful morning !  Shocked

All is going pretty good for me, thanks, hope all is well with you too. A lot of people who were victims of the fires found themselves under insured. I urge you all to take the time to see if your insurance policy is up to date and is in line with the current cost of rebuilding your home. We had done that a few months prior and that was a blessing.

Peaches, you had me cracking up! So cute the way you tell your stories.

Glad things are looking up for you. !!!

Angie....I hope that you see this...I saw that Marlee helped you last night...I wasn't able to load pages very well, so didn't even try and login. Marlee started one for me once, as I don't have a clue either. Again, thanks Marlee.

Whew...we have heavy wind advisory going on here in the East....I have been hearing things whipping around outside since early AM.  DH stopped in for a sandwich on his route and said it's beautiful out, but fears the wind will bring down big branches.  He warned me to be careful if I go outside.  Haven't ventured out, as yet, but heard a police call nearby where something fell into a roadway that had to be cleared.  Crazy weather...

We slept in this morning as our power went out. I woke up and had to find my phone, no easy task as I never know where I leave it, to see the time. Took me a while to get my candles lit too as I don't function very well without coffee. I was just thinking of getting the camping stove out and the power came back on. So DH had at least one cuppa to go and didn't have to fight with opening the garage door manually.

A branch hitting the roof was what woke me up and the yard is a mess after I just went out and picked up on Monday. But I figured that would happen.LOL

Sweet! New sayings for Valentine’s candy
Weather-themed comments to debut on confections made since 1866

The Associated Press
updated 2:29 p.m. PT, Wed., Jan. 9, 2008

REVERE, Mass. - Personal relationships can go through hot and cold spells just like the weather — a sometimes harsh reality illustrated by this year's new sayings on the New England Confectionery Co.'s traditional Valentine's Day heart candies.

NECCO said Wednesday that its Sweethearts Conversation Hearts will include the weather-themed phrases "Melt My Heart," "In A Fog," "Chill Out," "Cloud Nine," "Heat Wave," "Sun Shine" and "Get My Drift."

The sayings "highlight the excitement and unpredictability of the day-to-day change of weather and people's love lives," NECCO marketing manager Lory Zimbalatti said in a statement.

This year's 10 new sayings also include nature-inspired phrases "Wild Life" and "Nature Lover," and the saying "Do Good."

The Revere-based company has been making Sweethearts Conversation Hearts since 1866, and in the 1990s began introducing different themes. NECCO also makes Necco wafers and Clark bars, with manufacturing plants in Revere and Pewaukee, Wis.

NECCO is being sold to a group of investors under a deal announced Dec. 28. Terms of the sale to a group led by American Capital Strategies Ltd. weren't disclosed.

At my age, you would think I'd make the connection of Necco wafers to the candy hearts...

Is Sue in that earthquake area?....

Not sure if Sue is in the earthquake area but it doesn't appear to have caused any damage.

What you guys don't know is that the first time I tried to start a candle page I thought I totally messed up -erased- someones pages that had over 200 lit candles. I paniced- practically hyperventalting -  and found the forum for that site so I could email an admin. I got an email back the next day and in a very comforting way she told me that I didn't mess up anything and everything was ok. By the way she wrote it I could tell she got a kick out of my panic.
