I don't understand why her separate crimes, the check fraud and the lying, should count as same time served.  That is not right.

She's sentenced to 1 yr. $1000 fine on each count, consecutively credit for time served.
Will take an hour to figure out for time served with Foghorn and Bozo.

Ugh I wanted to puke..  big whoopy..  4,000 fine and 1 yr in jail.  Id like to choke her with her own mane

Casey won't be walking today but ... I there is not way she will be spending another year in prison.  JP did say something about "credit".

It just dawned on me why the prison guard was called to testify on her good behavior.

Hope he washed those hands after the bird and the crotch grab.  You know, when I take communion I think about taking it with my hands.  It is those hands that do "right" or do "wrong".  He should be ashamed of his hands.

Can anyone tell me the verdict?

She goes back to jail today.  4 counts of lying gets her 4 years and $4000 fine, the maximum the Judge could throw at her.  With time already served and good behavior, she will likely get out in late July or August.

They have to take into consideration her prior charges and her sentence for that which won't count toward this the time. Most think February of next year.
