Matt Morgan, John Morgan's son, who works with his family's law firm, said that he was at the Orange County Courthouse on Tuesday to file the deposition when he received a call from Anthony's attorneys, saying they were going to file a motion to seal the video.

If the deposition had been filed, it would have been available to the public. Morgan and Morgan also planned to post the video on its website, Matt Morgan said.

A hearing on the objection is now scheduled for Thursday at 3:30 p.m.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- An Orange County judge denied a request to dismiss a lawsuit against Casey Anthony on Wednesday.

Search group Texas EquuSearch, which aided in the search for Caylee Anthony in 2008, filed a lawsuit against Casey Anthony in July.

The lawsuit alleges Anthony made numerous misrepresentations to the group and its founder, Tim Miller.

As a result, volunteers engaged in "extensive, costly and time-consuming searches for Caylee," the lawsuit claims. "The time and effort dedicated to this search diverted resources from TES' ability to provide its search and rescue operations to other families."

Search Group Sues Casey Anthony Over 'Misrepresentations'

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The lawsuit filed against Casey Anthony by Texas Equusearch can proceed.

The search group spent thousands of dollars searching for 2-year-old Caylee Anthony in 2008. In July 2008, Anthony told investigators her daughter was kidnapped by a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez, and maintained that story after Caylee's remains were found in Dec. 2008.

During a hearing on Wednesday, Judge Lisa Munyon ruled the lawsuit can continue, denying a motion to dismiss filed by Anthony's attorneys.

Anthony's attorney, Charles Greene, argued to have the lawsuit dismissed. But Texas EquuSearch attorney Marc Wites maintained Casey Anthony "induced" the group to search for Caylee herself, indicating the child was alive. She also failed to correct others, including family, who said the same thing.

Her lie was kept up, Wites said, until her murder trial when her criminal defense attorney, Jose Baez, made his opening statement and said Casey knew her daughter had drowned.

Wites asked Circuit Judge Lisa Munyon to deny the motion to dismiss Texas EquuSearch's civil suit against Anthony.

She did that, but she also asked for more information from Wites about when and where Anthony told Texas EquuSearch that her daughter was alive and missing.

Following today's hearing, Wites said, "We are certainly pleased with the result today, which was that the judge denied the defendant's motion to dismiss. She required that we add a few allegations to the complaint."

Greene, meanwhile, said an irony of Florida law allows someone to lie in a complaint, and yet the judge must accept it as truth early on in a case. But Greene added, "At some point later in the proceeding, as I told the judge, we will present her with proof that the entire complaint is predicated upon a lie."

He said TES's director and founder Tim Miller told many people publicly that: "I never believed Casey Anthony. We never searched for a live child. I concluded within ten minutes of meeting her that she was a liar and we knew we were searching for a dead baby…"

"That is what Tim Miller has sworn to before law enforcement," Greene said, adding that the TES lawsuit against his client "is a publicity stunt, plain and simple."
