wow - inmate April Wayland seems to have a really similar story to Casey.  A child who drowned in a swimming pool whose grandparent found him.

And 911 WAS called......by april's father.

....so that's how KC came up with her new story of what happened.   Good Lord!!

this sounds like the child.  Grandfather found him in an above ground pool and attempted CPR - wow

Confirms what Dr. G said...

and they called 911..didn't triple bag the child and throw him in the woods to be ....well, to be ...
I think this is HUGE for the prosecution!  May be the home run ball...

I just don't see anything other than leaves, black trash bags and the laundry bag.

go back a few pages and you will see this picture with a red circle around it..will be really clear to you then...

It took me a little bit, but I finally saw it.  I immediately felt very sick to my stomach when it jumped out at me finally.  Now I keep going back and forth...looking at the pic and it keeps changing... my eyes are definitely playing tricks on me.  Either way, very sad picture to me.

I'm the one that first noticed it and said it was a skull...I can also see where it could be hip bones...fact is, it seemed to call out to me no matter what part of Caylee it is....sorry if I got it wrong
It really does call out to you.  Sad

In Session says that when Leaf Lady testified and defense was preparing to publish a photograph...Casey whispered to one of the defense team. He immediately got up and went to the projection device and got it set up.

I guess Casey is directing the defense.

Did any monkeys catch this?

The story about this other inmate' child drowning confirms & bolsters Dr G's testimony that anyone that came upon a child drowning would call 911 no matter the condition of the child at the time

Another thing that I was thinking about, the entire concept of putting duct tape being placed after decomposition is INSANE because a person would have to have gone in three bags & a blanket to get to the skull.   There would be evidence that the blanket and bags were disturbed.

I don't understand why a disinterested third party would care if the mandible stayed attached to the skull or not.  No reason for someone like Kronk to put duct tape anyway that I can think of.
because the coyote did a bad job of reburying the skull?  Maybe the squirrels and birds helped put the tape on the jaw and then sewed a dress? With this case who the heavens knows.  Bobo's thought process is really scaring me if he remotely thinks any of this makes sense.

I loved that Jeff asked him if he and his wife decided to make the doc the dna expert for their company.  He immediately answered yes.  lol  Gotcha

I'm appreciating that he's honest at least.  That puts him so far makes him somewhat unique among the witness for Casey.

There has been a program featuring this witness on one of the crime shows.  Forensic Files or The New Detectives or one of those.  I bet some of you saw it.

Anyway, he and his wife were quite expert in "Touch DNA" and able to locate it when others failed by looking in the most obvious places a victim's remains would have to be touched.  For example, the case featured was of a body of a woman in a field.  She was found the next day and Eichenboom assumed certain parts of the clothing had to be touched in order to drag her remains there such as under the arms or around the ankles or pant waistband and so found DNA where it did not readily show.

Quite state of the art in this regard.

Unfortunately for the Defense, it has nothing to do with the case at hand.

The E's are the ones that used Touch DNA on Jonbenet & helped take the suspicion off of the Ramseys.

It also conveys (with SA help) that this story is NEW, not the direction DT had been going in for 21/2 yrs

My favorite statement of the morning was when JP told Baez he would listen to the arguement during HIS lunch hour.   JP's wife must be so proud of this man.

OH Dear Lord why doesn't the defense just give it up already. They have nothing, nada, zip. We all know it and I am sure the jury does by now! And we all know how shoddy the Netherlands are in evidence handling.

BBM    So true, Darla, so true!!

I got behind and jumped ahead and just saw this.....and have to AGREE...
