It is now being reported that a neighbor stated that one of Falcon's brothers was on the roof with a camera and told the neighbor that his brother was in the box.

Also a police officer said that he saw something fall from a distance, I don't know where the police officer was at the time.

I remember seeing him walking with the crowd in the early videos and in one video he addressed the public saying just drop Haleigh off at his house...and he was in the Geraldo interview but then he just went away...I didn't see him in the wedding photos or anything....wonder if they got into it over something?

I have never heard what he does for a living, and he has seemed to have stayed relatively off the radar in this case.

Drug raid nets 19

DAYTONA BEACH -- Major drug dealers and buyers in West Volusia were put out of business Wednesday when local, state and federal agents raided their operations, authorities said.

"We did put a dent in the drug trafficking in the area for some time," said Volusia County Sheriff Ben Johnson.

More than 250 narcotics agents, including personnel from the Central Florida Interstate 4 Corridor High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area, raided 11 homes in DeLand, DeLeon Springs, Pierson, Seville and Crescent City in Putnam County, said sheriff's spokesman Gary Davidson.

A total of 19 people, including three women, were arrested.

At a home on Gaudrey Avenue in DeLand, agents caught suspected organization leaders Hilario Dela-Sancha, 27, and Edward Dragon, 34, officials said. Also, 14 kilos of cocaine worth $420,000, 4 pounds of marijuana, nine guns, vehicles, and between $150,000 and $200,000 in cash were seized, Johnson said.

"Today, a significant operation was dismantled," Johnson said.

The drug group was led by Mexicans who had ties to cartels in their home country, said Stephen Collins, a Drug Enforcement Administration agent. The breaking up of the group Wednesday is a result of partnerships by law enforcement agencies determined to stop the flow of drugs from Mexico into the United States, Collins said.

"We basically removed the backbone of this drug organization," Collins said. "We paralyzed their movements."

Authorities started investigating the drug network in January 2008, when agents learned large quantities of cocaine and marijuana were being distributed by the group through DeLand. Even before Wednesday's raids, the investigation had yielded four arrests and the seizure of cocaine and marijuana valued at $60,000, Davidson said.

Sheriff's Offices from Flagler, Lake and Putnam counties, along with SWAT teams from Orange City, New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach and Port Orange were brought in to ensure safe entry by the search teams, Davidson said.

This family should pay back all the money it took to search for the child, including the fuel for planes, the fuel for the helicopters,
the plane delays because airplanes couldn't travel with the balloon in the air. The children did this for a joke, IMO.

Sheriff deputies and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents took apart the house Wednesday morning. It was one of 11 homes in Volusia and Putnam counties raided by 250 agents as part of the shutdown of a major drug distribution ring.

The DEA said they can tell they're making a dent, because the cocaine they're finding is lower quality, but higher-priced. The sheriff expects to make more arrests of people tied to the ring in the coming days.

These drug raid articles make me wonder if one of these houses located in Crescent City was the house that Misty, NayNay and WBG visited.

Or did Tommy, Misty, Joe and whoever else visited on that Sunday night prior to HaLeigh going missing.

· Carlos Lira, 27, Pierson; trafficking in cocaine, use of a two-way communications device to facilitate a crime; $155,000 bond.

· Courtney Rickman, 23, DeLand, for solicitation to deliver cocaine, child neglect, conspiracy to deliver marijuana, use of a two-way communications device to facilitate a crime; $20,000 bond.

· Carlos Verdel Jr., 30, DeLeon Springs, for conspiracy to traffic in marijuana, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; $60,000 bond.

In addition, two others, Alex Alvarado and Artura Rodriguez, were picked up during the raids and charged with armed drug trafficking.

Exclusive: Texas Equusearch Defends Misty Cummings “Double Agent,” Fires Back!

As unlikely as it seems, fellow missing child advocate Mark Klaas has blasted Texas Equusearch founder Tim Miller for an amateur undercover operation that used a TES volunteer to befriend Misty Cummings, playing her “undercover mama” in an attempt to ferret out new information that might be helpful to police, who believe the 17 year old babysitter turned stepmom may be hiding more than she’s revealed about the missing child.

Tim Miller “should be in jail” for what he did, declared Klaas on CNN HLN’s The Nancy Grace Show Wednesday night. Klaas said such a sting operation could threaten any case police might build against Misty should she ever be charged.

But an outraged Miller fired back Thursday. “F—Mark Klaas!” said Miller, in an exclusive interview with The Bald Truth. “Yesterday Texas Equusearch found our 102nd victim. Unfortunately, he’d drowned, but we used our sonar and equipment and brought closure to another family. How many missing people has Mark Klaas found? All he’s done is live off his daughter’s name.”

Miller said he was shocked Klaas would question his status with police, and the high regard LE say they have for TES and its help in the Cummings case. It was Miller who put together an explosive battery of tests, including a polygraph he says Misty flunked, that many credit with jump-starting public interest in the case. Miller shared the results with investigators.

I was out and my DH was telling me about it on the phone.  My first thought was "omg!  I hope they didn't hurt him and are using this as a cover".  I hang out on true crime boards too much!  My second thought was PUBLICITY stunt as soon as I heard he was found in the attic.

GREAT news about the drug busts!  I wonder if any info they got from Tommy or his momma led to any arrests? (or NayNay or any other players in this case)

nope i did it today and the foot between the elbow and wrist (courtesy of "pretty woman")and the edges of your nose near the nostrils are supposed to line up with your earlobes (if you have them lol) and you eyebrows are supposed to begin right above your tear ducts which mine don't so i should probably break out the tweezers lol

idk what to say.  I guess they didn't have a lot of questions for her.  And I believe she was with Hank Sr at the hospital till late that night from the recent interview with Chelsey IIRC so she probably wouldn't know much.  Thought it was interesting in her (Lisa's) courthouse interview she states that she thinks Misty is hiding/holding something and you can hear Tommy in the background saying Ron is too, so she changes it too yeah they are both hiding something like Tommy is the gospel.  jmo

This is OT......but Im not good at things like this, and my daughter had a friend that she listened to on youtube and her name was   Eddah Marie Nodtratis, and she lived in California and all of a sudden she stopped showing up in you tube and someone told my daughter that she died on May 15 2009, I dont know how to look up to see if this is true or what happened to her, can someone help me.....Thanks

A volunteer in the search for Haleigh Cummings was a mother-like figure to Misty Cummings and recently accompanied the 17-year-old to New York to obtain information about the missing child.

EquuSearch founder Tim Miller said Donna Brock met Misty Cummings the day the teen reportedly took polygraph tests in Orlando, and Misty befriended the woman immediately.

Little did she know Brock was passing information along to investigators.

"This is all about Haleigh," Miller said. "It's all about one little child, and we will do anything in our power to get that child located."

Miller added he was concerned about Misty Cummings' well-being after witnessing fights between her and her former husband, Ronald Cummings.

"It was an opportunity to get Misty out of the house into a safe place," Miller said.

"She certainly wasn't set up, she reached out to Donna. It felt as though Misty may say something valuable and take this investigation forward."

Equusearch provided funding for Brock to take Cummings to get her hair and nails done, and other leisure activities, Miller said.

"Equusearch spent a lot of money, but how do you put a price tag on Haleigh? You can't do it," Miller said.

"I have a lot of compassion for Misty. She had a terrible, terrible life growing up. She lived in a house that was extremely dysfunctional, full of drugs and alcohol," Miller added. "If Misty was involved with Haleigh's case it's halfway understandable, but by no means justified."

On Wed-nesday, Cummings' mother, Lisa Croslin, was booked into the Putnam County Jail on two felony charges and a misdemeanor stemming from her arrest in Tennessee last month.

The 40-year-old was charged with fraud utter false instrument, forgery or alter of public record certificate and larceny.

Any information Brock learned was reported directly to investigators, Miller said.

Meanwhile, divorce papers for the Cummings' were signed by a judge Thursday, finalizing the couple's split, Brandon Beardsley, attorney for Ronald Cummings, said.

An Amber Alert for Haleigh was issued Feb. 10 after she was reported missing by Misty Cummings at 3:27 a.m.

A massive search ensued, involving helicopters, boats, canines and horseback units. No sign of the child was found.

Misty Cummings previously said she put Haleigh to bed about 8 p.m. on Feb. 9 and went to sleep herself two hours later. She said the child was gone when she awoke the next day at 3 a.m. to use the restroom.

Investigators believe that Haleigh was abducted.

Meanwhile, reports of people spotting the missing 6-year-old continue to come forward, but all have been unfounded.

"There have been sightings since the beginning of the case," Lt. Johnny Greenwood, spokesman for the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, said. "She's been spotted all over the country and Canada. She's been spotted everywhere."

The sheriff's office has now received more than 5,000 tips.

Thank you for the report, Art. So, Tim Miller reports that Misty has a terrible temper. I wonder if she had this particular trait before Haleigh went missing, or if it was acquired afterwards as a result of stress. Ron has been said by many to have a terrible temper. These two people fought the day Haleigh went missing. When two terrible tempers collide, innocent people usually get hurt.

What does the statement and your latest version of the truth prove about this situation? All this was about protecting Misty from a volatile situation? Shucks, I thought Tim told us that he knew Misty was lying and knew where Haleigh was and that she won’t alive? Now, it was just to protect her from Ron? Why didn’t he protect Jr?

Earlier this week I posted a conversation between Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch and Ronald Cummings. Miller recounted a conversation they had in the bedroom of the trailer home he shares with his grandmother, and at the time, with Misty Cummings. Here is the original posting

“… Ronald pulled a gun out of the closet — an assault rifle with 2 clips — each clip holding 32 bullets. Ronald looked at Miller and said, “When I find out where Haleigh’s at, I will blow the teeth out of the back of her head, and then I’ll do this…” He then got on his knees, put the butt of the rifle on the floor, leaned over and put the barrel in his mouth. There was no “IF” she had anything to do with it, Miller knew that Ronald was serious — that he would kill Misty, and then take his own life. It was at that point he knew they had to get Misty out of there, or she would end up dead…”

What I left out of the originall post was that 5 year old ronald Jr was in the room while this happened.I have just learned that the Florida Dept. of Children Services (FDCS) is now very concerned about the safety of Ronald Jr. So much so that, after being alerted about my blog, they contacted Tim Miler and requested a sworn affidavit to the above statement. I understand that they will be paying a visit to the Cummings and possibly removing Ronald Jr. from the home. I have been informed I will also be contacted as well by the FDCS to relay my observations and conversations with Ronald Cummings.

All this happened when I was in Satsuma filming Misty Cummings hypnosis and voice analysis. Prior to the filming, I had several conversations with Ronald outside his grandmothers’ trailer. During one of those conversations he threatens to kill everyone and anyone who had anything to do with the disappearance of his daughter and “would kill anyone in shooting range” (That included me) “I’ll take everyone out, I’m so pissed’ Although the threat seemed idle at the time, I was unaware that 50 feet away was an assault rifle.

While I was in NY with Misty, she was very aware about the gun and said that Ronald got it from a “military friend” I don’t think Ronald is a bad father, but having an open assault rifle in a closet with a child in the house is a very poor choice for a parent. I have a feeling this poor choice may lead to Ronald Jr. being removed from the house.

Also, on another note below is a statement from Tim Miller in response to the outlandish remarks made by Mark Klass (and others) on Nancy Graces’ show the other night. Mark Klass said “If I were the Putnam County Sheriff, I would consider arresting Tim Miller for interfering in an investigation. I’m absolutely outraged by the things that I have heard tonight.” Arrest Tim Miller?? The key to Mark’s statement above is “what I’ve heard tonight” He has no knowledge as to what is actually going on. What Mark Klass doesn’t know is that Tim Miller was working WITH law enforcement.

Now, As preposterous as Mark Klass statement were about Tim Miller I do agree with him on his following statement
“Now before anybody gets too far off on Misty here, and I quite frankly don’t totally believe her story either, but let’s remember, my daughter Polly was kidnapped in her bedroom while her mother slept soundly only 10 feet away. Exactly the same thing happened to Elizabeth Smart and to Daniel Van Dam. Entire families slept through these kidnappings. So as preposterous as her story may be, it`s not utterly impossible.” We must all keep an open mind”
We must all keep an open mind and not play judge a jury. Trying cases in the media during an ongoing investigation is a very dangerous games. I’m not 100% convinced by Misty Cummings story but I will not be a member of the nightly cable news witch-hunt

READ TIM MILLERS RESPONSE LETTER BELOW

I would like to address some of the comments made by “so-called” experts about Texas EquuSearch in recent weeks. First of all, we have the most valuable members/volunteers of any organization in existence. Occasionally, we have had to do things which are not the “normal” for a search organization. Case in point, Misty Cummings – I made the decision to help Misty get away from a very volatile situation. She was in danger for her life, and I felt that if something happened to Misty, we would lose any chance of finding Haleigh. That is ALL this was about. So, I enlisted the help of one of our volunteers who had befriended Misty during our time in Satsuma, Donna Brock. Donna did a wonderful job in keeping Misty safe and, until the “road rage” incident, was doing so under the radar. This was not about media attention. Again, as I have said many times, I will use whatever resources that are at my disposal to find Haleigh.

At the time of this posting, I am on my way to another search. Before I go, I am on my way to deposit a small check I received from a construction job I did, into the Texas EquuSearch account so that we can help another family. (See copy below.)

We were able to help bring closure to another family yesterday with the help of some hard working Texas EquuSearch members, along with the help of the local community who so willingly helped us because of the work we have done and continue to do.

I would invite any person who sits, wearing a suit on television, to come and put your jeans and boots on and join us on a real search. I wonder who our “so-called experts” are.

It's awful Cookie, isn't it. All these cases are so frustrating. But I just have to remember, that many, many more families that have missing or murdered love ones, act appropriately, and it isn't somekind of money making scenario.

DD: Tim did tell me about the incident weeks ago, and also informed LE, but unclear whether he told DFS, likely not. At the time, I recall him asking me to keep it off the record since he was getting close to both Misty and Ronald and didn’t want to rock the boat at the time so he could glean more information before the door inevitably closed, which it has…It also fit into the pattern of gun in mouth both Amber Brooks and Crystal Sheffield told me they’d witnessed as well, a sort of faux Russian roulette that does seem disturbing, perhaps as a technique to control his women through fear. If you act crazy enough, doesn’t that afford you some degree of power and control of those a manipulator, or bully, might want to dominate? Let’s unleash the shrinks. Art

At the request of (child welfare), the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department Tuesday dispatched a deputy to accompany the DCF investigator when she visited Cummings’ trailer, where he lived with Junior and Misty until their recent split.

Miller, as we reported, said that’s where he saw Ronald pull the assault rifle and two 32 round clips from a closet, then replace the weapon without locking the closet or a case

::MonkeyRoll:: I swear with all the ER visits this yr and the 3 months I spent going to the hospital I feel like i could e a dr by now. Daughter had a fever of 103.5 and had been having excrutiating pain in her back and side for 2 days, when I checked on her last she had the same look i did when I had a kidney stone, so off we went and she has one but might also have a virus of some sort. They gave her some morphine and sent her home  with pain meds, but she has to go back today for a re-check ::MonkeyNoNo::  Good luck with that, she hates hospitals now, but they were emphatic that she return today.........I've never heard of returning to the ER, most of the time they just ask you to follow up with family dr, so we will see.

OMG, I hope she will be fine, and yea , dont know why they would say come back to the ER, wierd,,,,,,Give her my sympathy and tell her I said get well......

From what I could gather, it looks like a friend of HH's daughter passed and she just found out last night, and we are all right. Daughter was in the ER last night from 9pn-3am with high fever and they think it's a kidney stone, she has to go back but we are ok for now ::MonkeyTongue::

They are horrible, I remember having one and I just asked them to take out my kidney but they wouldn't ::MonkeyRoll::  Anyway, all I had to do was look at her and how much pain she was in and I knew what it was. Thanks NCRG~she has been thru so much this year.....hoping this will be it for a while ::MonkeyAngel::

Meanwhile, divorce papers for the Cummings' were signed by a judge Thursday, finalizing the couple's split, Brandon Beardsley, attorney for Ronald Cummings, said.

An Amber Alert for Haleigh was issued Feb. 10 after she was reported missing by Misty Cummings at 3:27 a.m.

A massive search ensued, involving helicopters, boats, canines and horseback units. No sign of the child was found.

Misty Cummings previously said she put Haleigh to bed about 8 p.m. on Feb. 9 and went to sleep herself two hours later. She said the child was gone when she awoke the next day at 3 a.m. to use the restroom.

Investigators believe that Haleigh was abducted.

Meanwhile, reports of people spotting the missing 6-year-old continue to come forward, but all have been unfounded.

"There have been sightings since the beginning of the case," Lt. Johnny Greenwood, spokesman for the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, said. "She's been spotted all over the country and Canada. She's been spotted everywhere."

The sheriff's office has now received more than 5,000 tips.

Can someone tell me more about the repair man that was there the day HaLeigh went missing?

Also, what are your opinions on HaLeigh being used to pay off a drug debt. With the cartel so prevalent in Florida, it seems it would be easy for someone to take HaLeigh off to mexico, a dye on her hair a wash of sorts.

Im just thinking of all that is in trouble, the forge checks, the gun going missing, the self preservation attitude of everyone involved and seeing no one searching the ground on a daily basis.

I would never rest, and it sure does seem like everyone is resting.

The air conditioner repair man who was at the home the day Haleigh went missing has not been discussed much because LE seemed to say he had nothing to do with the case very early on.

I have no other answers for you. Except to say that we really don't know what LE knows or is doing behind the scenes, since they don't share that with us. So maybe something is going on.

However, it has simply taken way too long, IMO.

I agree with Misty and the drugs, if she was taking xanax's or oxy's, she wont remember anything, and if she was binging for the weekend she crashed.  I personally think she wasnt there...I sometimes wondered if Ron came back, found she wasnt there but the kids were, HaLeigh was awake and took her with him, but then I thought why the Hell would he leave JR sleeping. So that thought didnt last long.   I firmly believe either she took frustration out on HaLeigh or someone knew she was gone and took   "that little girl"    HaLeigh.  Which really brings me back to if Tommy went there, or even Lisa.

I agree with you too, Misty is the cause and My firm belief is that she left there with someone to get drugs and she either took HaLeigh with her because she wouldnt sleep and Jr, was sleeping and someone gave her some drugs and she was out of it and something happened to HaLeigh while she was unaware,  she realized that HaLeigh wasnt at the house when she came to her senses and now she cant say where she went or whome she met up with because she knows its her fault and thats why she doesnt know just who has HaLeigh, but she does know why she is gone, and that info would certainly help LE but she is scared to talk because she knows either Ronald will kill her or they will lock her up...

HH  I sure wish it could be proven she wasnt there and left the children, then maybe they could lock her up like they did Casey....or I wish they would sure find her with something on her and lock her up....sure dont think anyone would bail her out.

They got married just over 7 months ago, about a month after Haleigh vanished. Now off on another thought.  Marlaina Shiavo's opinion is just that.  And Tim Miller's credibility is NOT shot with me.  Tim was trying to get to the truth.  So he had to play down and dirty.  So What!  Is this morally corrupt to some people?  What is the problem?  I am just of the mind set that if this was my child I would do "whatever it took" to find out what happened and bring my baby home.  Tim feels for these children just like they were his own.  He KNOWS how this feels.

I don't know if that is a standard clause about getting back together.
Up here, there is a waiting period between filing and the absolute divorce. If you do a booty call ( resume marital relations ) it's off and it isn't final.
So, if they do get back together for a one nooner / nighter or two or a week, they are still divorced.
I guess Ron has been taking some heat for texting Misty about the plant, so his lawyer told him to not speak to her without a lawyer present. Or get some throw away phones or never get caught with her.

Oh, me too.  I would gone directly home if I couldn't have gotten ahold of my kids.  To he!! with my job.  But the way we think and the way they think are verrrrrrry far apart.  And Ronald being a man, boy, whatever, well they don't think like a "Mom".  My husband doesn't worry like I do.  But, my husband wouldn't leave our kids with a 17 year old strung out babysitter/girlfriend either. 

I should clarify that the son I called 5 times is 24 years old, works full time and a graduate student.  LOL.   My kids are grown and I still worry about them.  Their problems get bigger as they get older.

I can just see the future of this case, and its not good, I think now that Misty is in isolation and we all know she doesnt know how to call 911, I'll go back down to Satsuma and find her and shake the damn truth out of her.......she knows.....and she needs to tell, Tim should send someone into the house she is staying at now and have them put truth serume in her drink.....she makes me sick.

Sigh,  IM,  the details don't add up at all.  I just can't wrap my mind around it.  Misty is a 17 year old kid and she still has not cracked.  It boggles my mind.  I don't necessarily think she harmed Haleigh but she certainly KNOWS.  The only conclusion I can come up with is that she is afraid.  But afraid of whom?   Ronald, his family, her family, the drugged up loser thugs that she runs with?  WHO?  Who took Haleigh.  Another thing, that back door was not locked.  How can they keep saying the back door "always stays locked".  It's pretty evident that it wasn't.  So did she unlock it so she could get back in.  Come on, there are only two ways to get in that trailer, front door and back door.  Was the front door unlocked and someone came in that way and left thru the back door. 

I think we can't make sense out of any of this, because we do not think or behave like they do.  To be able to understand this mess we would have to live like they live.

(CNN) -- A Florida court has approved the divorce of the father of Haleigh Cummings, a Florida girl who disappeared in February, and the girl's stepmother, a key witness in the case.
 Ronald Cummings, 25, cites irreconcilable differences in ending his short marriage to his 17-year-old wife, whom he married more than a month after Haleigh went missing from her father's home in Satsuma, Florida, on February 9. Cummings has made several public pleas for information in her disappearance.

Misty Cummings, then known as Misty Croslin, was the last person known to have seen Haleigh the night she disappeared from the family's rented mobile home. The teenager said she tucked Haleigh and her 4-year-old brother into bed about 8 p.m. and went to sleep herself two hours later, but awoke at 3 a.m. to find the girl missing and a cinder block propping open a back door.

Ronald Cummings called police and reported his daughter missing when he returned from work at dawn.

Investigators have said they do not feel Misty Cummings has told them everything she knows.

"The police have been telling me that I've been keeping Misty under my wing and that's why she hasn't talked to the cops," Ronald Cummings told a HLN's "Nancy Grace" producer earlier in October. "So now, here you go, I divorced her. So now go find my baby."

The Putnam County Sheriff's office said in August that "the evidence and investigatory effort has minimized the likelihood that Haleigh's disappearance is the work of a stranger." Ronald Cummings and Crystal Sheffield, Haleigh's mother, are not considered suspects, police said.

"Investigators believe that Misty Croslin-Cummings continues to hold important answers in the case," the sheriff's office said in a written statement. "She has failed to provide any sort of detailed accounting of the hours during the late evening and early morning of Haleigh's disappearance. Furthermore, physical evidence at the scene contradicts Misty's sketchy account of her evening activities."
 Croslin has not been named a person of interest or suspect in the case. In televised interviews, Croslin has said she does not know what happened to the little girl, while also saying she believed "the other side of the family" knows where she is.

The couple lived together for about six months before marrying in March.

Under the divorce settlement approved Thursday by a St. John's County court, both sides permanently and irrevocably waive any rights to alimony and other types of financial payments.

Ok guys - having drafted a few divorce papers in my time (NOT mine - well one was mine but I digress!  ::MonkeyHaHa::)  the reconciliation clause does look pretty standard. It is not uncommon for people to get divorced and live together - why I have no clue except as a single person it is easier to get money from the State. Then suddenly one wants out and wants to take stuff with them. All the clause says is that IF they get back together, the requirements like giving the cars back to Ron, stands. I just can not imagine going back to my ex - unless it was to infect him with some terrible disease or some other evil thing!   ::MonkeyDevil2::

Yes Nejame is Tim's attorney, but also TN and RC and family requested help from Nejame in finding HaLeigh. 

Ahh yes, and then TN and RC turn on Tim and Misty gets mad over polygraph and storms out.
And didn't TN get upset because she didn't want Tim to look for Haleigh because she believes Haleigh is still alive?  Yet, they wanted Tim's help.

You have to remember the mentality and immaturity of these two. I think Ronald was/could be insanely jealous and can see him calling her that many times.

Not for fear for the kids well-being, but because of the fact Misty was out 'playing' around for 3 days. I think he wanted to be sure she was home and not out partying again.

I can remember back when I was Misty's age and all the phone games I played with old b/f's, how it drove them crazy and how they would call a million times. My Mother would get furious.. (this was way before cell phones though...LOL) JMO

HLN has been reporting all morning about RC and Misty's divorce. And also that LE states that Misty is key in information on HaLeigh, but not a suspect.

Teresa A. Neves lists "Teresa-cristina Neves" as a relative, a concidence in names? (#3 on link)  searches aren't 100 percent
accurate (I keep in mind), I thought I have the wrong Teresa C Neves, and now a Teresa Cristina Neves is listed as a relative. Perhaps it is Carlos Neves wife.

She’d just gotten a phone call from a Putnam County detective informing her that Ronald had filed a harassment complaint against Misty’s brother, Timmie, for calling him. Apparently words were exchanged, according to the Ron Cummings police report (re Timmy) obtained by The Bald Truth. In it, Ronald tells police he felt threatened when Timmy called him a “f***t ass bitch” by phone. Chelsea said she was shocked to think Misty might be behind it.

 Thanks for all the pictures  ::MonkeyCool::  NCSunny, Ron was trying to control Misty I guess with all the phone calls, but it didn't work. He should have gone straight home that night from work, but chose not to.

In my exclusive chats with those close to the case, I can tell you several different dog teams went in four different directions after LE took Haleigh’s sheet of the bed and gave them a good sniff…One team of dogs did indeed lose her scent at the RR tracks…but other dogs followed it in other directions and she was never found, nor any clue to her where abouts. Suspected bodies of water have been explored by divers…and as I’ve reported, choppers with FLEAR have flown over the area with equipment so sensitive it can pick up changes in body heat put out by a decomposing body.
