Thanks, Kermit.

I need at least a timeline just to try and keep up with you!

Lifesong, I love the timeline.  It's amazing what you can see when the events are lined up.  This reason this case has not been solved is all about the money.  I seriously think our country should remove any exclusions and tax breaks from non-profits.  The term "non-profit" has become a cloak to hide highly profitable ventures.

Thanks ceasu!

Interesting that Aruba claims to be a part of the Dutch kingdom when it suits them.

And when it does not - they throw a fit about "interference".

And isn't Rudy Dutch himself?

And wth...why is he bringing up China?

All Prayers Will Be Answered in Time!

KTF,

Just wanted to post for Hotping and her PO Box research that I looked for a connection between Lisa A Anderson and William J Anderson (attorney for Superior Offshore mentioned in one of your posts last thread).  I came up short and had to give it up for a while.  There may be no connection, whatsoever, but the surname (which is common) stood out for me at the time.
Thanks 2NJ.....Could anyone tell me the name of the law firm that William Anderson is associated with and where it is located...TIA...I have multiple things going on today...and I will let You all know later what I have come up with in regards to the PO Box....

he does have a Dutch passport as he is citizen of the Kingdom of The Netherlands.
he said once that he wanted to rip this passport up in pieces.
but he is from Aruba.

Oh, yes.  They claim nationality with Aruban when they want to show their distinction from NL, but when an Aruban does something like kill another person or destroy property, then they sneer at them and call them "Arubans" as if that is a bad thing, and they are the proud Dutch.  Can't have it both ways.

Kermit will be pleased.  The pond is no longer frozen over and the pathway leading to it is no longer covered with snow.  I will get Veggie to check the small bulbs in the Japanese laterns that outline that small body of water.  In a couple of months Kermit can swim with some large Goldfish that will take up residence.

It's all certainly very intertwined, isn't it?

Oh, yeah.  I'm no entrepreneur, but I do know that legitimate business owners don't need to own multiple businesses that shift assets, lease property from one another, and run money through each other's accounts, not to mention using non-profits as covers.  Sleazy.  Did anyone uncover any money-laundering through off shore, Aruban banks?  That is Aruba's specialty, ya know.

Not yet.  But sure would have been a timely and convenient place for Shaefer to have done that, wouldn't it?

Mebbe we could give Arlene a call at the bank down there to help us out with that.

Arlene would know, and that's a fact.  I'm sure she'd tell us that we just don't understand her country's laws.

Registered Legacy offshore right before they go to Aruba??

KTF:  Not only that, it was 5 days after that Q3 Earnings Conference Call.  They already had the papers back from the attorney, imo.

I tell ya, the human ego is something to be afraid of.

And make up a few along the way.................just for our very own benefit.

Boy, that woman drove me nuts!!

And yep - now that she's sitting on the board at the bank, I'm sure she's privy to more than a few skeletons in people's closets.
