DCasey didn't have much trouble understanding Man Finnell.

He also does not have any trouble when it is a question he wants to answer but can't hear when he doesn't.

Blonde - the issue Mumbles talked to JP on Sat was that they felt slore was not competent to stand trial.  JP ordered 3 Dr.s to examine her and over Saturday and Sunday they did, issued reports and found her competent to stand trial.
