I have a different theory than most. Most think she wants to testify and he doesn't want her to and hoped to get her found incompetant so she wouldn't be able to. I think he wanted her to fire Baez and she refused, and that's what led to the incompetance filing and Ann F being there. Will we ever find out? Don't know.

I'm with you. I don't believe for one second she wants to testify. She is not going to subject herself to humiliation by having all of her lies questioned in the spotlight. No way.

IMO it is NOT that she won't subject herself to humiliation; it's more like there's no way in he77 that she's going to let anyone know the truth...especially Cindy...and by not telling, that puts KC FOREVER in "control", which is what this is all about anyway.
