According to the following document ... Caylee's remains were eventually found in the area where Dominic Casey was searching ... Dominic Casey who was the family's PI ... Dominic Casey who filed a motion not to be desposed by the prosecution because he was a member of the defence team.

Interesting read.  I do not know how to copy this document.  May one of our techie Monkeys could bring it over.

When I was in college there was no internet and thus had to do our own research and cite those references.
