You see that house has hardly any windows? one in the front..then two lil things way up under the roof almost. None on the side. I can just picture her in there sitting naked at her computer typing away for her criminal friends.

Has everyone seen this regarding the NJ high school girl that died (murdered) on a trip to Ghana to deliver school supplies with her class?  They say on one of the tv stations that the FBI is now involved.  She was found in a swimming pool the next morning, but she had been put there just before discovery.

This is a story that we are aware of here, since they are NJ residients.  I agree with SB that the circumstances are very similar to those in Aruba.  The parents are trying to bring this to the open.  They, too, need to have answers.

Thanks for posting the link to this story. I hope the parents will get answers. So sad when our hopes and dreams for the future of our children is gone in an instant.

The news sucks today, doesn't it?

BUT...I think I recall that waaay back I read that Once Beth and Dave exhaust all legal avenues the case can go to another agency. FBI, Interpol or World Court? I forget which , but perhaps this is not altogether a bad thing that is happening.

I honestly did not think the Judge would hear this case and I believe that JQK knew that. He is well aware of how these things work. He is probably just lining up his "duckies" for the future.

Personally, I would try Alabama for a civil suit since Natalee was a resident of that state. It can't hurt.

I think that there would have to be some nexus to Alabama. Like the New York suit because Joran could be served papers in New York, and California suit because K2 filed a suit there. If JK2 never have contact with Alabama, there's no way to bring a suit from there.

I know I'm lucky to have my house, and there's no guarantee that I'll always have it, but that house in that pic is the saddest looking little thing. It looks very, very unloved.

The California Court has just dismissed the suit for wrongful death filed by Natalee's parents against Deepak and Satish Kalpoe. The suit was filed about six (6) months ago.

The civil suit claimed that the Kalpoe brothers intentionally caused fatal injuries to their daughter Natalee during her highschool graduation trip to Aruba two (2) years ago.

Today the Court said that Natalee's parents cannot sue in Los Angeles because the case has no California connection and the Court lacks legal jurisdiction over the two brothers from Aruba. Beth Holloway and Dave Holloway will decide whether or not to appeal that decision their lawyer said.
