I know..can't Jeff ask this witness be struck because e is obviously lying..at best confused....He should not be allowed to sit up there and lie..if he can't remember he should just say that.

When Dr Spitz was retained by the defense to do an autopsy he was never told of any accidental drowning of Caylee.

Needless to say it was a made up scenario by the defense well after the fact.

Oh dear god, so someone came along and put duct tape on an already decomposed body as it was laying there in the swamp/dirt along side the road 

And during a time while that entire neighborhood was swamped with camped out reporters and people. One minute trying to link duct tape to George, I dare say George would be able to sneak away with all the media attention to place duct tape on Caylee and next minute trying to blame Kronk for moving the body and what? He broke into George's shed to steal duct tape?

Remember the day/night George got all ticked off and took off walking down the street? What direction was he heading? and why did Lee have to haul azz and go get him?

Who knows with that bunch but I don't think George had anything to do with the death of Caylee, I think Casey did this all by herself.

Sorry, my innuendo should have been more clear. I'm implying that George knew where Caylee's body was. I never have believed that Cindy or George had anything to do with her death....

Triple duct taped covering nose and mouth.
accused not reporting child missing for 31 days while claiming she was kidnapped.
etc., etc., etc.,...

This guy is just neglecting to go on with the rest of the info.  and imo he is doing it with purpose because it suits his needs for some reason.  not sure what his pay off is.  JMO.
