Is there a video out of Casey stroking Jose's face at the end of the day today?

My husband says he could not find her guilty of murder after what he saw.  He said there was no proof she murdered her.  He has not followed this like I have but my fear is will the jurors see it the same way?

 

My husband said the same thing and I counseled for the next 30 minutes on why several thousand of us do believe she is guilty as sin.  He is quiet again.

Yep, was hoping after Linda's closing my hubs would figure it out, but he still insists she didn't do it.......I'll blame his response on the Texas heat this last month but still think he belongs in the funny farm!

I really think my husband just can't wrap his head around a mother hurting her child....... I just can't get how he can't see it....

There is one vote in the poll that thinks Casey will walk. Let me just say, based on the preponderance of evidence shown, that I believe Casey is 100% guilty. If this chick walks I will lose faith in our judicial system. The Prosecution did a marvelous job.

The prosecution was excellent. 

What do you think Caylee would want for Casey?  That is what keeps going through my mind.

THAT has weighed heavily on my mind almost as much as anything else.  Maybe to live long enough to repent and seek forgiveness????  Not sure that is possible, but.....

That's what I think.

Casey should not be allowed back on the street.  There is truly something wrong with her reactions, heck, her faces scare me, I cannot imagine what they would do to a child.  They come and go all the time, just like her anger.
 
If Caylee were my Grandchild, I would have been afraid every time KC took Caylee out the door alone.  I have never seen anyone act that way in real life.  I would also have the phone number of anyone watching Caylee, just to make sure she was okay.  This is just from my observations of KC, CA must have seen her in action. 

I am not blaming Cindy, I just never want to see a child abused or murdered again, ever, or an adult for that matter.  Prevention is the key.  Keep your eyes open and don't hesitate to get involved when you witness abuse.

I think that is what some people think who did not watch the entire trial. My 87 year old aunt never knew anything about the case but started watching the trial and watched it faithfully from the beginning to the end today. I talked to her the other night and much to my surprise she had been watching it all. Even at that point she said KC was guilty and the only thing she disagreed with was she thought she killed her violently.

When she called today she was just over whelmed with Linda's way of tying it all up for the jury. She had all her friends at the assisted living place watching it with her. She said everyone knew she did it, but no one wanted her to get the death penalty "because that would be too good for her."

My uncle (her brother) was the warden at the top security prison in Georgia until he retired and he said people like KC are "like rabid dogs who need to be put down." He said they can't be rehabilitated because they are evil to the soul and he had seen thousands of of them over the years. He said if she was ever released she would kill again because she loved the thrill of the kill and the excitement afterwards. He said psychopaths like her do a lot of the same things she did afterwards because they are in their "excitement" stage. It is like a drug to them. (I found that interesting)

I just returned from a long weekend away.  Didn't have tv or internet.  I couldn't get my mind off this case.  Can anyone give me any info on how the jury acted.  Did they give kc eye contact or not look at her .  I heard if they avoid eye contact that it's not a good sign for the defence.

Hi there - I just read somewhere here on the last 5 pages or so that the jury DID NOT look at her when they left.  Of course, now I can't find that post because I'm looking for it...you know how that goes.

The monkey who deceased went by he name of "Honey".  She was my best friend.  We worked together at the VA Medical Center and we both joined monkeys in June 2005 after Natalee Holloway was killed by VanderSloot.  She was a real believer in this blog and loved everybody.  She died peacefully in her sleep.  Big shocker though as she was not sick.  I bet she is hugging all those kids who have been murdered though.  Big Children's advocate.  I will miss her tremendously.  She lived in the boondocks of Mississippi.  I teased her all the time bout this.  Just thought I would clear this up for everyone.  

Prayers for you and her family.  No doubt she is cuddling and hugging all of our little ones who have passed.

Caylee would want to go home with her mommy. Even severely abused children will fight to stay with their abusers. Additionally. Caylee has a pure heart. She doesn't see anything but love (and that's what I would love to believe...but I wonder what her last look at Casey revealed about her mother. Was her last look one of evil? Sadly, I think so.)

I know they want to go back to their parents, even after being abused.  It is so sad.  Children love unconditionally. 

I was thinking more about Caylee now.  I cannot imagine what Caylee witnessed during her last moments on this earth and it kills me  to think about it.  I think Caylee has a pure heart, too.

Wow is anyone watching HLN? saying Baez was on one day talking to Casey and she stroked his face

I heard her and I am sure she said this happened today...that JB got down on one knee in front of KC, to be on her level, and spoke to her and KC reached out and caressed his face...excuse me now while I go throw up!!  Jean is very pro JB....I had to stop watching cause they keep having LKB on

ORLANDO, Fla. -- An informal survey conducted by The Huffington Post shows that only 50 percent of respondents believe Casey Anthony is guilty of murder in the death of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee.

As of Monday afternoon, more than 13,000 votes had been cast in the ongoing thirteenth juror poll. Of the voters, 49.97 percent expressed the opinion that Anthony is guilty of murder. Another 30.61 percent think she is guilty of a lesser charge, and 19.42 percent found her not guilty.
