Thank you for posting all this info, I haven't gotten my e-mail together yet but will have it done by the end of the night. I am grateful that Dr Phil gave us plenty of notice for when the sharks will be on his show so people have time to let him know how they feel and perhaps keep it from airing. I  will also ask him if he's taken the time to check out Caylee's fund since he is advocating for people to donate.

LOL.......listening to JVM and ugh, saying how money is going to Caylee Fund for Anthony interview and that it's a public entity so anyone can see how much Dr Phil actually donated but why? Why? And although a public entity..my understanding of the way they have worked in the past is no one will see any accounting until they file their 2011 taxes....and they can file late as long as they put in extensions.

However when you see all the money that went to admin costs in the past..why would you give them anything..everyone knows admin is the overhead for the office, phnes, computer, workers bees..and in this case that means the A's home, their computer, their phones, their pockets..etc...and to really be written off it has to be very carefully calculated to be things they don't use personally or they then have to prorate the cost of the extent it is used for the non profit.

Anyroad..my point is..when I donate to charities I do check out how much actually goes to the helping those in need and how much goes to administration.  I then determine rather this is something I want to place money in according to how much good it does in getting to the people..not paying salaries alone.  The fact is most administration costs for non profits can and are underwritten by grants through federal, state and local governments.  The rest needs to be raised locally, statewide or nationally in a legitimate organization they have most of their admin covered before they hit the pavement.  The A's simply hung a shingle out, went to an attorney had a non profit drawn up and then called it a day.....just too bogus to believe..but this goes on everyday..most just aren't as high profile as the A's.  Asking for donations when they have yet to do anything for anyone other then themselves...deceitful and despicable money whores.

I wish that guy that owns the restaurant and took out a full page add would take out another full page add with this information!  I can't remember his name.

The heart of the argument is that Casey faces double jeopardy because the probation sentence was already carried out in jail.

They're urging the appeals court to stop what the defense claims is an illegal sentence.
