Bill S says it's difficult to prove perjury.  They can say 'Well, I believed it to be true.'  He doesn't think perjury charges would be brought against the A's.

I've heard others say that as well.  That's okay, as long as the jury knows they can't take anything these liars say as truth.  Cindy's last 911 call was the only truthful statement she has made during this entire situation.

Mr. Camperlengo from Gentiva is Chief Compliance Officer and a lawyer!!!  Go Mr. C!!!!!  Been there a long time and doesn't like ANYTHING said/done against Gentiva!!!  Cheating them out of pay and saying not allowed overtime is a big no no to him and the corp.!

This is a good guy and hopefully when Sindy is confronted, she will blow up.
