Thanks guys, for the warm welcome!  And thanks for the list of abbreviations as well.  I know there are others that I've seen but memory fails me as I type this, so I'll have to compile a list.  One that comes to mind is "LE"

Re juror #4, I thought that a potential juror not believing in the death penalty resulted immediate dismissal from jury duty, especially in a DP case.  I'm pretty sure that's how it works in California...not sure about Florida laws.

Also, I'm wondering about the importance of whether or not the jurors spend a lot/or little time looking at Casey Anthony?  I've seen mention of it many times but no clear indicator of whether it's favorable or not.  I'm starting to think that the less they look at her indicates that they have already made up their minds.  (Guilty)

And...I'd like to float another theory about that broken hanger:  Perhaps it was used as a make-shift handle for a tourniquet?  Something similar to that of the paintbrush handle used as leverage or a crank like the one used to strangle Jon Benet.  The missing part of the hanger would have been inserted into whatever material was tied around the neck and the remaining part of the hanger would act as a crank.  This would make sense if CA did indeed do a search for "neck breaking" as alleged.  And if so, she probably didn't realize that unlike wood, plastic would break.  Hence the broken hanger.  Thoughts?

The clothes Caylee was found wearing (or had been wearing) do not make sense with the defense's story of drowning. She was not in a swim suit and neither George nor Casey would have "buried" her in that outfit.

The shovel was used to pry up the pavers from the Ant's home, that were then found at the remains site.
That would explain the short time Casey had the neighbor's shovel, the pavers at the remains site (to weight down the bag Caylee was in), and perhaps C&G's work in the backyard.

We also got to see a matching laundry bag to the one Caylee was found in, from the Ant's garage. Pictures of matching garbage bags were also entered into evidence.

The State's doing a great job........... and so are the Monkeys!!     ::justice2NJ::

The heart sticker is also apparently coming in! Pictures of heart stickers were entered into evidence!

I have missed all this is this a fact that Casey used  the neighbor's shovel,  to put the pavers at the remains site..

were they alone? I believe they were?
then with all the pics of casey and baez touching? and the repeated warnings from the jail to stop hugging and sitting close?
and Bill Schaffers < spell... views on the jealiousy of casey of joses wife ect and her crush? and as he said also " It IS UNUSUAL for an attorney to TOUCH his client"

I know the judge asked casey repeatedly if she wanted jose as her attorney? she said yes many times on record.

But under the above circumstances ... how can that go and how many directions?

 ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- Jose Baez will face no disciplinary action from the Florida Bar for his jailhouse incident with client Casey Anthony .

 According to published reports, Baez was under investigation from the Bar. But spokesperson Susannah Lyle said that hugs are permitted by their rules between attorney and client as long as the client does not object.

 According to Lyle, a Bar Association rule must be broken in order for there to be an investigation. At this point there is no Florida Bar investigation into the incidents.

 Jail officials said Casey Anthony and her defense attorney, Jose Baez, were seen hugging on two separate occasions and were told both times that it was a violation of jail policy.

 Though there is no surveillance video that would show the two hugging, jail officials confirm seeing the two touch on two different times.

 The jail released the following statement:

 Mr. Baez was observed hugging his client on two occasions. He was advised that this is a violation of jail policy. After the second incident, he was again advised of the policy and said he would remember in future visits not to engage in this behavior. Orange County Corrections considers this a closed matter."No officers had to go into the room to separate the two, and the jail says the matter has been closed by the Corrections Department

 Casey remains behind bars at the Orange County Jail without bond. She is scheduled for a pretrial on a first-degree murder charge in December.

Hanger/neck - I'd think possible if the medical examiner mentioned any signs of strangulation like injury to neck bones but she did not.

Hello everyone.  I'm new here but have read every page of the last three trial threads in an attempt to catch up and I have a few questions:

1)  Why do some seem to think that juror #4 might present a problem?

2)  Is there a FAQ here in which to decipher some of the abbreviations used?  (I suppose I'll catch on eventually, as I finally figured out that ICA = Inmate Casey Anthony, but a list would be very useful.)

I'd also like to add that I appreciate how knowledgeable you all are about this case.  I've learned more here than I'd hoped and your opinions are enlightening.  And special kudos to Magic Hands Eyes, as those transcriptions are beyond valuable.
