Me too, been on the beach allllllllll day chasing sea turtles and snorkeling. I have no clue where she could be, but one place I'd love to see her-on the Putnam county facebook site I don't no about FAB and TN though

Don't know how accurate the info was, but on that Levi show, one of the people said Misty was in Orlando, staying with her friend again, and Donna had gone back to her home.

Then they said something about they thought Misty would be headed back or was going to go back to Ronald, can't remember the exact wording.

What do you mean Donna had gone back to her home, Donna is the friend Misty was staying with in Orlando......gosh I dont know what to think, heck, there's no telling where she is and what she is doing..........

Misty Cummings, the stepmother of missing Satsuma, Fla. girl, HaLeigh Cummings, no longer has legal representation. Shortly after he appearance on CBS’ ‘Early Show’ on Friday, her attorney said he will no longer represent her.

First Coast reports that Fields advised Misty to decline the national interview on Friday. During the show, Misty hinted that her husband’s family may be involved in HaLeigh’s disappearance. Shortly after the show, Fields made the announcement he would no longer represent Misty.

When HaLeigh went missing in February, her father, Ronald Cummings was at work, while Misty was at home with the girl and her younger brother. Misty claims she awoke in the middle of the night and HaLeigh was gone.

Tonight I had the pleasure of discussing the Haleigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony cases on the Levi Page Show (link below). My “partners in crime” were Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla and Sheryl McCollum, a cold case investigator. I enjoyed discussing/arguing with them both. Sheryl and I agreed we would not be good on a jury together!!! I respect both of them, I enjoyed Levi as a host, and I appreciated his invitation….

Misty says that she was referring to HaLeigh's natural mother's side when she said that someone from the other side of the family.

Butterbean and other family members are currently ill. That is why Ron did not make The Early Show per Ron's attorney.

They said that they had asked Crystal to come on the show and she refused.
