OK here are some of the things we have learned today

1.  After reading the 400 pages Padilla wouldn't have bailed out Casey and that he now believes Caylee is deceased.
2.  Casey is a bigger "skank" than we realized
3.  The entire family may be involved as it appears they are all lying
4.  Casey didn't want Caylee, Cindy made Casey keep her
5.  Cindy referred to Casey as a sociopath
6.  One of Casey's friends referred to her as bi-polar

There's more...just can't think of it right now.

My concern with this case, as with the Madeleine McCann case, is that there is so much media attention that if and when there is enough evidence of a crime, the plea will be that they can't get a fair trial.  I see a lot of similiarity between the two cases.  Changing stories, money collected and not accounted for/used for personal expenses, lies, disinformation, attempts to mislead etc.  There is so much in the media about the parent/parents of these little girls, it seems it's all about them.  They seem to be all about "me".  Me, me, me.  And the focus should be the little one.  Where are they?

Tony didn't mention the fight between Casey and Cindy that Amy told detectives was a doozy that night.
Casey was trying to get close to the Hawkins guy again.
Casey took a shower on the 16th at Ricardo's because Tony was out of town...which Tony does not mention and neither does Clint his housemate.

Cindy did say that. I heard it too. Interestingly, Jeff Hopkins parents reported receiving a phone call from Casey on the 16th at 5am. They didn't answer the phone as they didn't know who she was.

Now I want to know why Casey got fired from her job at Universal or Kodak or wherever she worked.  Was it stealing or padding her resume or lying?

I also want to know what she did with the money and credit card purchases.  I am beginning to think she was saving cash to try and get out of there before it all became known.  I think she hoped to ditch the car, stage an abduction of both she and Caylee and head for California or somewhere else.

I really, really, really want to know who the father of Caylee is for the following reasons:

  1.  If it is a guy outside the family, he deserves to know that Caylee is his child.
  2.  If he is dead, his family deserves to know they have a grandchild.
  3.  If he is someone within the family, that person needs to be prosecuted.
  4.  If he or his family are told, perhaps they will organize big grid searches and/or file a civil suit against Casey and possibly her parents. 

It's really sad to see Padilla so down when he's been adament Caylee was ok. It really strikes down my little bit of hope that Caylee's alive even more. ::MonkeyWaa::

I think she actually dumped the body between the 16th and the 18th.  I think there were fluids left behind in the trunk of the car and it started to smell.  That's why Casey dumped the car, because of the smell.

For there to be a smell of decomp in the car, IMO she either left her in the car to do Lord knows what, she died, and she put her in the trunk and forgot about her until she came up with a plan OR she put her body somewhere, and then moved it later after decomp had begun. Casey liked the nightlife, so I would bet she would have disposed of a body at night.

Looks like he needs to fill that hat with Tequila and a straw!

I think what's saddest about this is that anyone can look at the pictures of Caylee and see what a beautiful little girl she was on the inside, as well as on the outside. She had such a light shining from within her. How could anyone extinguish that light?  ::MonkeyNoNo::

What would have changed between when casey sent up the account and when cindy typed that message??

my caylee is missing
She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don't know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother's love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?

I don't think she can.  If so there would be a lot of people in the U.S. taking their bail back.

Yeah, it seems Casey did say she spent the money she took on frivolous things.  But she also said she used it to find Caylee in her written statement.  She took a lot of money.  I think she stashed some of it.

Okay, I have been thinking......what if....what if, Casey sold Caylee for 15k?  She told Tony and Amy that she had an account with 15k.  I know that everything that she has said has been lies, but that would give her money to move out and the freedom to go out as she pleased.  The two roomates of ZG: per Casey. Those arent common names you would just come up with.  As I posted earlier I found many of them on myspace and there were 2 from Orlando and Peurto Rico.  Just a thought!

So I really hate passing judgement on people without really knowing anything about them, I guess that is why I held on to the fact that maybe Casey did hand her off maybe she did sell her, but as I think about everything I am starting to come to the conclusion that maybe that did not happen. I mean I don't care how good of a friend you are after all this there is no way you would keep your mouth shut.If it were me I would be running to the police begging them to forgive me for lying and I know who has Caylee. Leonard saying drop her off somewhere would have been easy so if someone in fact had her they could have very well dropped her off in the middle of the night at a police or fire station without anyone knowing.
  i still am not sure about the involvement of George and Cindy.But she could not have done this alone. Maybe she is saying so adamantly she does not know where caylee is because in fact maybe somebody else disposed of the body and she in fact does not no were she is. Then I am thinking about Jesse Grund how do you wake up one morning and realize you don't want to be a cop? not only that but right around the time your ex's daughter goes missing and then you move out of state? Now you have another cop that was talking to her around the same time and he lies!! He had to know it was going to come to come out he had to so why lie, could it be that these 2 (cops) knew eachother and helped her with the perfect crime? Who else would be better to no how to hide a body but 2 cops?
 anyway sorry didn't say much you guys didn't already know thinkin out loud I guess. But day by day things look more Grimm for this little girl.To think of her lifeless body being out there somewhere is heartbreaking.

OK....OK....OK.... do you mean when she found her or killed her?  We know the body smelled of decomp..so she had to be in there for.....oh maybe at the least a day or so, right?  So I am going to say whatever happened was either on the 16 or 17th.  Give her a day to get her thoughts together and maybe even discover her dead...June 18th.

Me too.  I could be wrong BT but if Casey is following all the rules and she hasn't broken the law (ran to another country or didn't show up for a court appearance) I find it hard that they can demand the bail back.  People put up bail all the time and they even put up their homes.  But it might work different with the bountyhunter.

The lawyer is yelling at Padilla saying he doesn't lose the $50,000 it's in his family (his nephew).

Hudsunn, I have to disagree with some of your points.

While I agree that Caylee may have been buried off the beaten path (could account for the scratches on the trunk from low branches/limbs), I don't believe she would put her where there was a chance of her being found, like an apartment. She thought this out in "cover my ass" mode. With all the lies Casey has told, if she told me Caylee was close by, I'd start looking far away.

I have picked up far too many murdered children for our Medical Examiner. Probably over a dozen. None of them were wrapped in blankets. Only 1 was drowned. The rest were smothered, strangled, had their throats slit and hit with a pick axe in the head. Every one of those mothers at one point had shown affection, even love for their children. Only 1 that I can recall had a history of abuse.
There's no predicting what this woman was capable of.

I still believe Caylee was left in a hot, hot car and died in her carseat.  I think Casey (after having tried to get hold of her family will no success) put her in the trunk and drove around with it for a few days (not more than maybe 2-3 days.  She then switched to Amy's car and dumped her car right before Cindy got hold her.  I think she knew then that the smell wasn't going away.  So Caylee was dead from about the 17th-18th and was in the trunk for a few days and then the car was dumped.

The Sawgrass apartments sticks in my mind too.  I'm hoping that when TES goes there they can search that area as well as others.

I used the computer at my work and, get this ------Kiomarie is listed at 2496 S Conway Dr August 2006 to Aug 2008. As soon as I got home I checked the address that she gave LE and it wasn't the same. She could have moved recently but there isn't a listing for her at the address she gave on our system so it would have had to be a pretty recent move.

If anyone has not read Kio's statements...they are really interesting...especially when you realize she is meeting this detective at a location that was a "secret" place for her and Casey and Jessica when they were kids.  For some reason she brings LE to this place...I hope TES looks there too.  It seems to be isolated near their old school.

A couple weeks before Caylee disappeared I believe George & Cindy wanted Casey to get off her ass, get a job and to be a responsible mother. During the next couple of weeks Casey never looked for a job and this caused a lot of frustration and anger with George & Cindy to the point they threatened to kick Casey out of the house. Caylee was welcomed by George & Cindy to live with them.

Because Casey still wanted to party with her new boyfriend and never attempted to look for a job this caused a lot of heated arguments at George & Cindy’s house and Casey was using Caylee as her leverage. When the three of them had a heated-argument, Casey left in anger, taking Caylee with her just to piss-off George & Cindy. During this time Casey was spending a lot of time with her new boyfriend and Caylee was being dumped wherever Casey could find someone to babysit.  Now Casey is in a bind, she has no money and no place to live (where Caylee would be welcomed) and no way to properly take care of Caylee. But Casey doesn’t want George and Cindy to have Caylee, plus Casey has already lied to George and Cindy, saying she and Caylee were living with her boyfriend and they were a happy little family, (this is when Casey stole the 2 gas cans out of George and Cindy’s shed). Casey was dead-ass broke!

Now Casey has Caylee with no place to live. Casey still wants everyone to believe her lies and still wants to party with her boyfriend. So what does she do with Caylee? Casey keeps Caylee in the car while she goes about her business. Casey wants to go out and party with her boyfriend/friends so Casey planned to wait for Caylee to fall alseep in the car, park the car in a isolated parking lot and put Caylee in the trunk where Caylee couldn’t be heard if she woke up. While out partying Casey gets really drunk, to the point of passing out and the boyfriend brings Casey to his apartment. It's late afternoon when Casey awoke from getting drunk the night before. When Casey finally got around to checking on Caylee, who was abandoned in the trunk of the car, Casey found Caylee was dead from heat exposer.

Now Casey has a dead baby and is freaking out! Casey doesn’t know what to do. She leaves Caylee in the trunk and abandons the car where it was parked. (this is why Casey’s car smelled like a dead body). A few days later Casey has a plan and drives her car to George & Cindy’s home, backing her car up to the garage.(which Casey has never done) takes Caylee out of the trunk and places Caylee in the pool, Casey than makes a flurry of phone calls, first tried to call Cindy numerous times than she calls George numerous times, with no answer. Casey wants to tell everyone Caylee had drowned (but while making the numerous phone calls Casey realizes that an autopsy will be required and the medical examiner wouldn’t find water in Caylee’s lungs and would determine that Caylee had died of heat exposure). So Casey quits calling everyone and pulls Caylee out of the pool, goes to the neighbors to borrow a shovel. (This is when the neighbor notices Casey car backed up to the garage). Casey then buries Caylee in the backyard and leaves. While driving in her car Casey realizes that the car smells of a decomposing body so Casey abandons the car at Amscot. (Amscot has surveillance cameras everywhere on their property).

A couple of days later Cindy receives a phone call that Casey's car has been towed from Amscots parking lot. So George and Cindy go pick up the car from the tow lot. While driving home George notices the decomposing smell in the car. (George is a retired homicide detective, he knows the smell). Now they are both worried because they haven’t seen Caylee in four weeks. Cindy starts calling Casey demanding she brings Caylee home! Once back at George & Cindy’s home, Casey has to explain why Caylee isn’t with her and another heated-arguments starts. Cindy threatens to call the Police in an effort to get Casey to tell her where Caylee is. Cindy has no choice but to call the Police in the heat of the argument. (that’s when Cindy starts calling 911 and tells the operator that the car smells like a dead body!)

Now, Casey not wanting the Police involved has to come clean and tell George and Cindy that Caylee is dead and buried in the backyard. George immediately wants Caylee's body away from his home so he exhumes Caylees body, places weights on Caylee's body and places the body in Casey’s car. George and Casey drives to a isolated lake and throws Caylee’s body in the lake, hoping the alligators will eat the body.

Now the family is lying to everyone in an effort to conceal this MURDER so Casey won’t be charged for Murder and George and Cindy won’t be arrested for Accessory to Murder.



 

OT: My cousin who works for Enmark just called and said that gas prices are going to start soaring by the end of the week! So go fill up! Especially around the Gulf.  Guess I better bunker down AGAIN!

Antisocial Personality Disorder results in what is commonly known as a Sociopath. The criteria for this disorder require an ongoing disregard for the rights of others, since the age of 15 years. Some examples of this disregard are reckless disregard for the safety of themselves or others, failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors, deceitfulness such as repeated lying or deceit for personal profit or pleasure, and lack of remorse for actions that hurt other people in any way. Additionally, they must have evidenced a Conduct Disorder before the age of 15 years, and must be at least 18 years old to receive this diagnosis.

People with this disorder appear to be charming at times, and make relationships, but to them, these are relationships in name only. They seem to have an innate ability to find the weakness in people, and are ready to use these weaknesses to their own ends through deceit, manipulation, or intimidation, and gain pleasure from doing so.

"She's close"  Casey knows where she is.  I think she's close too.  Casey did not have enough time to do her dirty work if Caylee was with Cindy at great grandpa's.  So the target dates would be before she went out to her first "on the town" party after June 15.

I spoke with Tim this afternoon and he confirmed. He will be in FLA tomorrow to meet with the family. Soon after I am sure law enforcement as well. This has been a rather fast moving event today that all came down late in mid-afternoon. Tim and I were burning up the phone lines.

I had been trying for a couple days to make this happen. I spoke to Larry Garrison yesterday and said, "what does the family have to lose except potentially finding Caylee". This afternoon Cindy talked to Tim and the go ahead was in the works.

They will be flying in tomorrow and other TES member to follow.

Hi Monkeys - I'm a newbie. I've been reading your posts for a couple of months now and you guys are amazing!! 

My heart is breaking over this little girl.  I think about her every day...10,000 times a day and I continue to pray to God that there is still a chance that she is alive....although my gut tells me otherwise.  I am a 1st time mom of a 7 month old little girl and I couldn't even imagine not seeing my daughter for 1 day, let alone days, weeks, months.  This girl did NOT deserve to be a mother...if she didn't want Caylee then she should have given her up for adoption.  There are so many loving families that would have welcomed little Caylee with open arms and hearts.  I'm at the point now that I can't even look at her sweet little face because all I can picture is her alone, crying, scared or dead.  I'm crying writing this...none of this makes any sense.  The one thing that I continue to remind myself is that our children are gifts from God.  He depends on us to provide a loving, supportive and safe environment for his children until he decides to bring them back home to him. If Caylee is dead then I will find comfort in knowing that she is safe in his loving arms.  And as for Casey, she will burn in H-E- double hockey sticks.

I wish that I had some time to do my own 'investigating', but diapers, bottles, teaching, play time, etc take up most of my time. Instead, I will continue to read all of your posts and thank you for all of the time and energy that you put into trying to figure out what happened to this sweet little angel.

This is Mr. Pug,
My wife has this in my head now. I was actually at the landfill today and on the back side there is a four foot buffer of grass and a fence that backs up to a small back road off of Curry Ford or I guess it could be Chickasaw Trail. There is also a construction entrance gate that is not locked until after 9 PM (supposedly) and from what I hear the security guy likes to find a quiet spot to nap most nights. That's why my wife asked the question.

OKAY Does anyone remember off hand about what Kiomarie said about the other casey---casey williams??

Were they in the same grade??

 I doubt you would be in the way. TES is always looking for volunteers. Send Tim an email and let him know you are a SM poster. I know in one of the Ohio searches that I believe Dihannah and Marlee were on they had like 2000 volunteers. That was the exception. The one for Naomi Arnette I think averaged around 200 a day.

By the way the jury took 4 hours yesterday to convict Robert Arnette. Sentencing is 
to be later.

They were a trio of friends in elementary but I don't think the third girl was mentioned. Kio ran into Casey in front of a strip mall maybe?

Oh yeah!!  That really got my attention....and to top it off that is never actually resolved in the conversation that follows.

I think she left her in a hot car during the late afternoon (around 4-5 o'clock).  I think she disposed of her (probably close to home and someplace she is familiar with) during the early dark hours.  That way she could go on to partying as usual.  I think we are looking at a desperate woman here, basically kicked out of her home and told to sink or swim, trying to find a man who will support her and provide for her and all the time trying to punish her mother for all of this.  Add in the innocence of Caylee who was a major roadblock in her quest to survive and I think she just didn't care about her and left her thinking in her sick mind "What choice did I have?".  In her mind it is everyone elses fault and this is their punishment for not helping her.  (I will tell you I have a family member that will do anything that will hurt the rest of us just to PAY us back for giving up on her after 20 years of doing nothing with her life.  God have mercy if she had had a child to add to that mix. It would have been an accident waiting to happen but WE would have been to blame.)  Some people are not capable to functioning on their own and are naturally mean uncaring people.  Nothing you can do will ever change that. 

Short answer I believe she was disposed of in the early dark time of the night around dusk.

There is no way My wife will let me Not participate. Seriously, I will help in any way possible. Please keep us updated as we don't have any contact info as to where to meet. Like my wife said to Joseph "We are tired of pondering and we must act". I spend most of my time on the roads of central and south FL so whenever I'm in an area I've heard a connection to I try to keep my eyes open for "hiding" spots.

Kio begins telling the officer that Casey Williams is not Casey Anthony...but when you read it all the way through you see she is talking about Casey A.  because the reason she even knew about Casey's recent adventures was because she wanted money...she says that Casey Williams wanted money...but later changed it to Casey Anthony.

I really hate to be morbid, but the documents that were released last night leave little wiggle room.

The towyard manager said that when he opened the trunk, flies flew out and there were maggots inside.

A trunk is a sealed environment. Flies will not attempt to enter something like a closed, sealed trunk to lay eggs on a pizza box. Even if that pizza box had pizza in it, it just isn't going to happen. Think about the times you've left a half-eaten hamburger on the floorboard of your car. (I'm guilty of this...commuting to work, high-stress job, forgot about the half Big Mac I left in the car for a week.) Think about the Taco Bell bag you left on the back seat...people with kids will admit that we've occasionally left food in the car and forgotten to remove it.

Sometime in their life cycle, those flies entered that trunk with Caylee's body.

I believe that Caylee's body was stored outside somewhere...somewhere that flies could have laid eggs on the corpse. It could have been stored there for as brief as several hours or as long as several days.

Casey worried that the body would be found wherever she left it. Or maybe she knew the dumpster-emptying schedule for the waste company in Orlando. At any rate, she went back to remove the body from the place she had left it, and she put it in her trunk.

Possibly, the corpse stayed in the trunk from the time she retrieved it until the second time she dumped it. The second dumping of the corpse could have been done on the evening of the 26th, early AM hours of the 27th (the time window when her car was left at Amscot, parked by the dumpster).

When she loaded the decomposing corpse into the trunk the second time, fluids leaked out. Clumps of hair fell out. Possibly decomposing flesh detached from the body. Decomposing flesh with maggots already hatching.

When she removed the body from her trunk (to possibly place in the Amscot dumpster), some of those pieces of flesh with maggots were left behind, possibly on the white garbage bag in the trunk.

This would explain why there were flies and maggots in the trunk when the towyard manager opened it.

Let's look at a generalized life cycle of the species of flies that assists in decomposition of a body (if we knew the exact species, we could be less generalized in the life cycle):

From egg to larva (maggot) is 2-5 days. Until day 5, the larvae are feeding on the body.

The larvae move away from the body to become pupae, and are adult flies on day 19 or 20. Adult flies feed on body fluids, mate immediately after emergence, and lay eggs within two days of emergence...and the cycle begins again.

So, to summarize this:

Day 1 - eggs laid.

Day 2 - eggs hatch.

Day 2 to 5 - larvae move into and around the body, feeding.

Day 6 to 19 - pupa stage, no feeding on corpse, mature flies will emerge from the hard case.

Day 20 - adult fly emerges, feeds.

Day 22 - adult fly lays eggs on corpse.

Therefore, the flies that were found in the trunk were second generation flies, as were the maggots, because the car sat sealed at the towyard for 16 days. The second generation had already emerged and begun laying eggs, which had hatched into maggot staged larvae.

I can't wait to see what a forensic entomologist will reveal about this case. I think that the transport of the corpse can be nailed down to within a couple of days using the life cycle of the flies that flew out of the trunk on July 16th.

Mr Pugs again. I actually transport heavy equipment and as fate would have it I had to drop off and pick up out there this evening and thats how I found all of this out. But, as I said I pretty much go all over the State so if a specific area comes up I can try to route myself that way, at least to see the basic "lay of the land".

I have read through all the documents , I think. Both last night and tonight. The one thing and it is possible I may have missed it is I would like to have had all the phone records.

We know Casey is a liar but that June 9th date just really bothers me. In Cindy's call she mentioned that date and Casey said that date as well. Then also on the investigation Casey claims to have had a phone call from Caylee the day before Cindy made the 911 calls. Casey claims that Casey was babbling on about a book and Casey asked her to put an adult on the phone and the connection was lost.


Ok this is a what if and a big one. We know it was proven that Caylee was with Cindy at the nursing home and Caylee was video taped reading to GG. What if the phone call was not from Caylee but was really someone playing the video over the phone trying to scare the hell out of Casey.


Another thing on page 410 of the second set of documents is an email to Casey from Cheryl Davis. one of the other folks it is to is jlewis84@yahoo.com. It seems like this email was back in April. Do you think she was planning something for this long?

Blonde, I have thought that for awhile. From what I understand of Casey she was not like this her whole lifetime. I believe Schizophrenia is a young adult disease that can happen in any family. Such a shame.

I know we do not have the stigma attached to illegitimate children that was in previous years but I really do think it is good for some of these pregnancy's to be given out for adoption. Make some couple happy to have a child. Eveyone wins. JMHO

OK...this is just an example, not the real thing...

Example:  TES could use the Amscot parking lot as a command center (if there were areas in and around the Amscot to search).  OR...TES could use a community center near a park or something.

Well, MrsKub, if you have first hand experience with that kind of child abuse/murder, I cannot argue with you.  I have heard and read though that most mothers who kill their kids put them in a blanket or in water.  You are probably right about the abandoned places.  Caylee would be found there eventually.  But then, Scott Peterson thought that Laci and Connor would never be found, and they were, months later.  Casey is so completely irrational and disconnected from reality, that I sometimes wonder if she could think clearly enough to dispose of the body in an efficient way.  Her lies are so obvious.  Yet she expects people to believe them, it appears.  I am still astonished that the psych people let her out of jail.  Her lies alone indicate a real break with reality to me.  But I am not a mental health expert.

If Caylee's body is found, Casey will still blame it on the msyterious nanny.  SHE killed Caylee, not ME will be her theme song.  I was kind of thinking of every possibility I could imagine for Casey.  But there are just so many things she could do with the body:  put it in water, put it in a grave, hide it in some natural place like thick brush or a cave, toss it in a dumpster.

Personally, I would not be surprised if someone opened up a box, a freezer or something and found the body there one day.  Casey is not playing with a full deck.  But time will tell.

One thing is certain.  I don't think she traveled far from home with the body.  She would have to go to someplace familiar to get rid of it.  I doubt she went to another city, though that is possible.

As for her lying...I do think she has lied about 99 per cent of things in this case.  But the feeling that "she is still close, close to home" may be a case of someone telling the truth in spite of themselves.

What did Casey need money for on June 9...Cindy mentions it...Casey mentions it...what was happening?  Was she at Tony's...I think so...I can't remember now.

There are a couple of statements from Kio in the 400+ documents.  Kio went to school with Casey I believe.  Kio was willing to adopt Caylee.  Casey told Kio that she wanted to put Caylee up for adoption (this was prior to birth) but Cindy wouldn't let her.

She talks to the detectives about the place where Caylee liked to swing - I think they should look there, but I don't know where that is.

There certainly seem to be two Caseys, at least.  One is kind and helpful and a good mom.  The other is a spoiled, demanding, cursing and screaming nutjob.  But look at her mother?  Is Cindy normal?  It seems she is just as crazy as her daughter to me.  In fact, I am wondering how Cindy will spin the 400 page report.  After the "dead body smell" turned into "nothing but an old pizza" I would not put any spin past her. Kio claims that Casey began acting weird after the baby was born...I bet the defense will seize on that one...postpartum depression and such.  This case is going to be based on mental illness. If her attorney is worth his salt.

I agree that Casey has justified and rationalized whatever actions she took against Caylee and moved on.  Now her only worry is what is going to happen to her.  She is grieving for herself, not her daughter.  Like many who kill, she is saying that Caylee is "okay" and "still alive" and "close to home" and her poem is the biggest justification of all.

Everyone dies, she writes, so hey, Caylee would have died eventually anyway.
Everyone lies, she said.  So if she lies, she is no different from anyone else.

I would like to know how close the park is where Caylee liked to swing and where the clothes were found, because I feel she buried her baby, then got rid of the things that were tainted with the reminder of her right after.....

I bet her atty. is having a hell of a time finding one person that doesn't consider her as a habitual liar.

OK, let me correct something...the detective says July 9th at the end of the conversation with Kio.  Kio claims to have heard Caylee on the phone while talking to Casey...but I was under the impression she meant June 9 and at the end the detective says July 9.  Now I am even more confused.   ::MonkeyConfused::

A disturbed person will do things that have no rational explanation...she put Caylee "close"  so it's possible.  I am sure TES will check this too.

I am not sure I can catch up tonight...you all are moving so fast and I am running out of steam.

So I want to give you all...what I think..is a heart warming story...we can all probably use one.

Monkey goes to private school...we knew it would be harder this year..in big 3rd grade!! lol...but lawdy!! First full day of school yesterday..3 pages of homework..and I am not talking easy homework..I am talking write word..look up definition, then write a sentence for the word...that is page 1!! holy crap!!
So today...and why I am behind on my Monkey reading..we had SIX!! count them S-I-X pages!!! 1st page...10 words...write word...look up definition...write definition...write sentence...page 2.

Did I mention this is day 2 of 3rd grade!! lol

So we get to Science. It says read 19 page chapter on pets, brainstorm list of pets, do an interview of list of questions of pet owners..then research care of pet over lifetime. I am like WHAT!!!! it is now 9pm!!! we spent 2 hours on first 4 pages of homework..you are kidding me right?

About this time...a mom called me and said...hellooooo...lol...did you see science???!! It is 9pm...I am too tired!! So I said let me call another mom...who had already called 3 other moms with the same questions...WHHHHAAAATTT!! HOOOOOWWW...WHHHEEENNN>>>I am too tired!!! hahahaha..so we all compromised on what we would have our guys turn in...so at least we are consistant!!! lol THIRD GRADE MIND YOU!!!

ok...so I told ya it was a heartwarming story...I know you are all saying...so where is the heart warming part???!!! lol

Here it is...we get over our hysterics...find out we are normal..everyone is in hysterics..lol..and I said see...no need to panic...if worse comes to worse we ask friends for help!!

Then I said..today I had a really bad day..who do you think I called first? You know what his answer was? THE MONKEYS!!! YES HE SAID THAT!!

I said CLOSE...but the first person I called was Bubba...Bubba is my brother..the Monkey's uncle. Then I said...who do you think I called next? He said the Monkeys? I said YOU GOT IT!!!

Told him no problem is ever too big..as long as we have friends to call on.

I have finally read thru all of the docs and I have been reading all of your posts...

I am vibing with this Caylee being left in a hot car theory...I get the vibe that this was an "accident", and that is how George and Cindy are justifying their actions.   Casey made a mistake, it was an accident, and they are simply helping her "clean it up"

They clues in this case are hidden just behind the lies....I think that what has been left out is most significant...what happened June 9th? What is the deal with the gas cans?  Who is the daddy? When did George realize Caylee was missing? What happened between the time George picked up the car and LE arrived at the Anthony home? 

As soon as we get the answers to these and the millions of other questions we have, the truth will be very clear...

I agree with Rob, though.  I think there is one big, dirty, nasty family secret that is contributing to their constant lying.  I for one am dying to know what it is....WHY LIE???????

My only concern for TES is how Cindy will want to control the search.  If it appears to her they are searching for a dead Caylee vs. a live Caylee all hell will break loose.  She doesn't think twice about voicing her opinion.  I know Tim Miller will handle her with care but I hope she doesn't give him a hard way to go. This is great, BUT .... Orlando FL area is not mentioned as to where she "might" be .... it will be interesting where the search begins.  I am looking to book a flight on Sunday to head down, unfortunately I can't get away until then .... I will make the arrangements on Saturday in case they happen to find her before then.  I'm sure the headquarters will be all set up by then.

I was actually holding back on this little tid bit of info. I did not think that they were going to announce it so soon. However, yes it is true. I spoke with Beth yesterday and she said that she was going to give a helping hand to Tim and TES.

After many calls to Cindy...ugh...(why would it take many calls).  Anyway....I hope and pray that TES finds Caylee in record time!!!!!

you know what has been haunting me?  If Caylee is still in the backyard, they can have everyone and their brother come and search all over Fla, NC or NY .... feeling confident no one will find her ..... I would love to see LE go in there and tear up the backyard.

mammy  this is what I have been working on for several hours.  lol  I'm not a scientist....just a mom.  I have come to the conclusion that Caylee  was moved from a temporary burial place and placed in the car on or near the 26th of June and taken to a permanent place.

I also believe she was temporarily placed in the back yard.   I believe I understood that the Anthony's to not allow the dogs to do their business in the backyard because Caylee played back their.

I did see that, but I don't think that the deceased is the father...that whole "daddy died in a car accident" story seems a little too convenient to be true....I think the truth of Caylee's paternity is so shrouded in mystery because it's connected to the big bad family secret...I am not necessarily suggesting George is the daddy, BUT there has got to be something big that they are hiding with all these lies about the father. JMO

Finally...someone coming in to the case..hands on..that has Caylee's best interest at heart.

Thanks for the response.  You never know what Casey might be thinking, I don't think her upbringing has anything to do with how she is today.  Sometimes there's just evil/bad born period. I think Casey is that.

He should have reviewed evidence that already existed before he started making all these far fetched comments.  In the beginning he referred to Casey as a "tweaker" ... assuming she was on crack and gave her baby away.  There had been no evidence to support that.  He did not do enough background work before he jumped right in with both feet.  The part I feel bad for him is ... I believe Baez played him.... told him what he wanted him to hear to get Casey out of jail.  I would like to know what the freak they can be talking about (Casey and Baez) for 7 hours a day every other day or so ....  REALLY .... is there ANYTHING NEW to this case?

Oh, Klaas! God Bless Beth! Boy, somehow that makes me feel better. Tim and Beth are going to stand in the gap for Caylee, and I know that when they are there, two people with the appropriate heart and who have walked in shoes around the death of their own child, will be their for Caylee. Beth tried so hard to find Natalee, and Tim tried so hard to find his daughter..................maybe God will give Caylee the gift of them and allow them to lay this child at peace. Maybe it will bring a glimmer of healing to them, too.

Caylee deserves the Mother's heart of Beth to be searching for her. She deserve's the Father's heart of Tim to seek her where she was lost.

I jest...but I didn't see a clear path as to where the few pieces of substantiated evidence we had lead us. So I am as at fault as Padilla is...in hoping for the best outcome. I think we do know alot more now. We have a very clear pic of Casey, as well as the family dynamics. Last night I went to bed for the first time since the tragedy started...with no hope left at all.

We not only have the dynamics and psychology of the family...but definitely more evidence.

Very powerful for me...even w/out DNA evidence...that the impound lot guy said the car smelled the same as a car he had where someone committed suicide 5 days earlier. There is little doubt left now...as to what the smell in Casey's car could have been.

They wouldnt be connected to Casey, she deleted all her friends.

outside of the areas searched by Joseph and all the current volunteers, and Casey getting a 31 day head start - where would one start without some guidance?

just using Casey's locations in a 31 + day period - this could be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Orlando is a big area.

Unless someone in Casey's family all of a sudden gets right with God, or the local LE give some indications where to look - where would the search begin other than some areas that may have been cleared??

It also says she went to UCF where I belive a Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez was a "teacher" of some sort if I am not mistaken .... maybe that is where the name originated.

I doubt any attorney would let their client talk to someone like Tim, especially w/o them present. Let's face it Baez's client is Casey, not Caylee. That would be a conflict of interest. That's why when a lawyer says that they want to find Caylee, one has to take it with a grain of salt. His legal ethics and would say otherwise.

I know Joseph has some ideas of where to search but hasn't had the manpower to conduct the searches.  Joseph knows the area, so hopefully Joseph can be a big help in that regard.  We can send areas too that are of interest.  I'm sure Tim wil work with Joseph and others that have an idea of the areas of interest.

There is an evil, nasty and HUGE family secret....that's why so many lies.  That is my number one impression after hours of reading.

In one of her pictures it shows a wreck she had.  One of the cars is a silver car.....I may be going WAY overboard here, but it is kinda like the one Casey described Zeneida in.
Even criminal profilers have said that if Casey is libbing about everything some truth has to stem from some of it.  Even in pathological liars.

Multiple realities to cope with this kind of trauma...yep there's a lot of Caseys in her head.  The good girl Casey.  The mother Casey.  The girlfriend Casey. The child she never was Casey.  Oh my!  This is going to be a complicated mess when it all sorts out. Not saying she's certifiable..just that she's so detached from reality that who knows which part of her is even remotely in touch with the truth.  This is actually quite sad.
