For those suffering with dry and cracking skin I swear this is the best stuff ever....

This salve  was created to soften cow udders, and it worked extremely well.  I have used it as have many of my friends.....my cousin's hands cracked and bled horribly...I got her to try it and she now swears by it...it is not expensive.....but get the original and not a copy. Hope this helps.

Good Morning.....thought I would jump in and tell you about what the ICU nurses use in my area for wonderful skin care.....Gold Bond Ultimate healing Skin Therapy Cream with Aloe. 

Since they swear by it, I found a small one ounce tube at WalMart - in the bins with small travel items.  It is in my purse for emergencies....dry lips or hands, but they use it for all over.

Thanks Mere, I used the Gold Bond Medicated lotion and it stung like crazy because I had rubbed my legs raw. I will try the aloe kind.

No, I was talking about vaseline, and then I got knocked out    JSM, thanks for posting the pic of your nephew  Also, when someone has a cold or allergies, and if you are like me, under the nose it peels a little Vicks rubbed under the nose helps for breathing and helps the dryness. Trimm I know about the hands, my skin use to crack around the fingernails, like a paper cut, and the fish oil, and I swear by Eucerin Body Wash, I wouldn't shower without it. Also Oil of Olay, is another product I can't do without, I use the lotion every morning on my face.

My little Grandson uses Eucerin in the winter.It is good stuff.

Going to walk Zoe, and I looked on my balcony yesterday, and the two wreathes, well they are still there, but from all the rain, all the red color came off all the holly and it looks a mess  so I'm trying to figure what I should do.

I had to laugh last night, my daughter's husband bought her that Wii exercise and balance bar we were talking about recently on here. I asked her how she liked it. She said she loves it, and the other day it said you gained three pounds, and something about laying off the night time snacks  I said to her, what are you worrying about, you are a little waif of a girl, if I had that Wii game, the thing would go haywire screaming at me to lay off the night time, daytime, and anytime snacks
