It was so wonderful to enter the new cage and see Caylee's photo.  I then thought, I wonder if KC ever realizes the dicotomy;

Caylee is so loved by millions of people, the love KC herself craves.   

Caylee's photos are everywhere...she is immortalized as cute, sweet, smart, beautiful, and loved by her grandparents.

KC's appearance is picked apart, critiqued, and as time goes on, she will age.

In short, Caylee is immortalized and loved by many, even in death, KC cannot compete with the child she felt was taking her place in the world.

One of Anthony's attorneys called the release of the video "unauthorized" and "inappropriate," but some legal and media experts who watched call the video's content textbook narcissism.

Thanks Northern for that capture about the picture in the background..now after looking at it looks like two woman..who knows it's not clear enough and we don't have that CSI Effect to help us out.  What does it matter anyways?  All it would do is provide us with a location for Casey..that's no justice for OUR CAYLEE.

I've read there are others, but don't know if true. She started these in Oct. 2011, so common sense says (to me anyhow) the PPV's started shortly there after.

Veteran Orlando defense attorney and WFTV-Channel 9 legal analyst Bill Sheaffer called the video a "Casey Anthony classic."

"I think she's narcissistic, and that comes out in the video," he said. "She talks about how she is doing and how her life is taking a turn, and it's all about her. It's not anything about her parents, her dead child or the misery and pain that her actions caused a great number of people."

lol...nice choice of adjectives. Can't help but get the feeling this has been going on from the get go or shortly after they realized no one wants to interview her. Even the porn industry said oh, wait, never mind, forget it! When the porn industry says they don't want you, and you're desperate, and lazy, and stupid...what's left? She's not been sitting around twiddling her thumbs. She's been trying to dig up some way. This was a really lame, typical kc, attempt. But I wonder if the pics that were released before of her and stupid stories in the national rags garnered her some kind of scummy wages but through someone else. I suspect it's been going on for a while.

When GA and CA went on that cruise and the pics came out, my husband noted that GA looked to be posing for a few of them and we wondered if they asked someone to take pics of them there and sell them to the daily rag and part of the deal being they would get a cut of the money, so long as the money trail didn't lead back to them. I'd say there are ways around things but it won't be the big payoff they'd really like. I've got a suspicion that her mom is still sending her money. The last resort for her would be porn and I'd make that same bet seeme...she probably has.

This is just the beginning. We all know what an attention #%ore she is and how determined she is to live a life of no working ever...and without someone babysitting her 24/7, she's a careless idiot. Looks like it to me too. On a finger one would have a wedding band. I think she has a "boyfriend" or thinks she does... and I think that's who she says she may invite, along with the dog, at her next "vlog". Maybe that's who owns the big pants and boots in that one picture of her.

I try not to get too hopeful either. But... I really do think that in the future we'll be able to look back and say "remember how upset we felt because it looked like they would get away with it all?" and then reflect on whatever comeuppance they finally get and some kind of justice for sweet Caylee. (I don't think there's anything that can be done to kc in this world that would be the right amount of justice for what she did to poor little Caylee.) It's a matter of time...it's just... the waiting is hard.

A man claims to have put Casey Anthony's "video diary" online to prevent her from profiting from it.

John Briley said he found the video on a pay-per-video website and choose to make it free to the public.

"You're not gonna give her any money," said Jon Briley, who claims to have found the video. "She ain't going to make no money off of it right now because, well, you'd have to be an idiot to pay money when you can get it for free and that's why I put it up there."

Newly-discovered video diary could create more legal problems for Casey Anthony

Casey's attorney said the video was for a personal video diary and counseling. She said she didn't authorize anyone to publish it and doesn't know how someone got it off her computer.

The attorney representing Zenaida Gonzalez who is suing Casey in civil court said it proves Casey should have to be forced to answer questions under oath in that case.

Matt Morgan said he plans to file a motion next week. He said he will make the argument that if Casey can appear in a video in front of thousands, she can talk inside a courtroom.

Gonzalez has the same name as the fictional nanny Casey said kidnapped Caylee.

A judge decided Casey didn't need to give another deposition in the case. Gonzalez's lawyer said the new video could change the judge's mind.

"Look, she's out here disclosing video diaries to the public," said Morgan. "Why can't she talk in a courtroom?"

Good morning all!!   

I would like to aks if anyone knows what these "pay for view" sites are?   Speaking as someone who has NO IDEA what  TVoe is, or how to get pay per view on my cable, I thought only porn was on pay per view sites.   How would the man who found the video have done so?   Are there really people making money from $1 to $5 per view videos about themselves?

Grace shared her view on “GMA”: “Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free? Why give her a TV deal when she’s putting this stuff online? But she doesn’t know that.”

In July, Anthony was acquitted of murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. She remains in hiding in Florida while serving probation for check fraud.

Hey, Monkeys!  Here's a clue, I think, in Casey's video travesty, to her future plans...She says she's scared of the camera, (yeah, right, like we all believe that!) but she has to "conquer her fear".  Why on earth would this be a fear she had to conquer? Being frightened of heights or crowds or loud noises,sure, but the camera?  I think she believes her pot at the end of the rainbow is in the public eye, somewhere...either internet porn, or at best, a reality show.  I mean, if Tonya Harding can get a gig on "World's Dumbest Criminals" or Celebrity Boxing, Casey probably thinks she can do it too!  (And, as heinous and trashy as Tonya is and was, at least she had some skills. What can Casey bring to the table?)  All of this is so carefully orchestrated...I'm just so glad that the Brileys made the video public so she can't, (hopefully,) profit. 

Anybody notice the child's rendering of a sun and flowers picture in the video background? It looks to be maybe a construction paper compilation. My God, I hope she's not around children!!   ::MonkeyShocked::

I thought  about that too, why would she think she had to get use to being in front of a camera, she had already been in front of one for the past 3 years, makes no sense to me either, thats the last place I would want to be if I had been through all the crap she has, and I dont think for one minute she is scared of a camera, look at all the pictures she had even before Caylee was gone,she is right where she wanted to be and its just more of her lies, as always, she needs to stay in hiding and hope she is forgotten all about by everyone, she really makes me sick!

to tell the truth I dont think yesterdays view of Casey in the video is what she really looks like anyways, I mean the texture of the mangy hair she kept pushing back didnt even look real, I think that was a wig myself, dont think she would want blonde hair and I dont think she would want people to know what she looks like so of course she will look different any time we see her. Just wish she would keep to herself and we never had to hear from her again.

Meanwhile, the original YouTube poster, who asked to have his name withheld, spoke to E! News about how he got his hands on the footage.

"I checked Facebook one day and I had a message saying, 'I have some things that you might be interested in and I trust you with it,' " the poster told E! News, adding that he was sent the video by an unnamed aquaintance.

"They gave me the video because they trusted me with the video and the pictures and knew I would not try and make money off it. And if it did leak onto the Internet, they would be authentic and that they were not fake Caseys."

As we now know, it didn't take long before "if it did leak" turned into "when it did leak."

The poster said that before releasing it onto YouTube, he blocked out the names of specific people Casey mentioned—which might refute those who believe that Casey intentionally released the video herself—before posting it onto his channel as "unlisted."

Asked why he released the clip at all, the poster said he simply wanted Casey's supporters to see that she "is happy." And despite the viral spread of the footage, the poster insisted that Casey never intended the video for public consumption.

"Casey did not want people to see these videos. Cheney Mason, her lawyer, says that Casey is doing the video diaries as a form of therapy. She has nobody. She has her dog and her webcam."

And yes, that was video diaries, plural. The poster confirmed he was in possession of a second video of Casey but at this time does not plan on releasing it.

When I first viewed the internet videos of Casey Anthony this week, I knew it would bring back feelings of both anger and frustration in many people. I well understood that it reminded people of the trial where Casey was acquitted of killing her daughter Caylee and that Casey seems to now be having a good time while showing no remorse.

So I decided to go back to the makeshift memorial for Caylee off Suburban Drive in Orlando Friday afternoon. It seems the frustration was real, with a slow but steady stream of people stopping to view the site.

The memorials that people are leaving have changed in the last couple of months. I noticed a lot fewer items like stuffed animals and flowers. Instead, the latest way to express thoughts for Caylee is to write with a Sharpie on the bark of the trees in the woods. The general rule seems to be that you can use one piece of bark per message. And people are very thorough about finding EVERY piece of bark on the tree. Some of the messages are about eight feet in the air.

Skanky has sported the short "bottle blonde" hair-do in the past.....IIRC she can be seen in the photo of her grabbing Iasson's naked buttocks with ugly blonde hair. For some reason I believe it was when she was pregnant with Caylee. (early pregnancy)

She looked like hell then, too. She needs to stick with her natural color. She is just butt ugly as a blonde. IMO, of course! Frankly, I find her revolting regardless of her hair color or style. There can never be beauty in a baby killer, especially one who kills their own baby!

There are thousands++++ who do x-rated videos of themselves for PPV. (many do it LIVE stream) College kids do it because they make big buck$. Unfortunately porn sells. I think I posted yesterday, I would bet KC is doing x-rated PPV videos. Contrary to her saying she's uncomfortable on camera......the world knows otherwise. There's not a camera on the planet KC doesn't love. She has to be the center of attention @ all times. I mean, we all knew she could not go very long without putting herself out there for public consumption. Yes, we will continue to watch future videos, so long as it's free & she makes $0.00. Who doesn't enjoy watching train-wrecks & freak shows......she's qualifies for both.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony shows off her new piercings in a video obtained exclusively by WESH 2 News.

WESH 2 News obtained the video just a day after video of Casey surfaced on YouTube. In the new clip, Casey has a different hairstyle.

The video file is dated Christmas day, but WESH has not been able to verify the date the video was taken.

Forgive me if this has already been discussed or discovered, I try to keep up best I can with all the news...(thanks to Scared Monkeys I can do that a lot easier) but...

...and this may be way out there, I have no idea... I am on medication and it fogs my head something fierce at times, I talked to my hubby about it and he said I should run it by you all (he doesn't follow this tragic story as closely as we do) so here goes...

when the video of the kc sighting in ohio first came out, i thought that could not be her, but... after looking at a still pic of her gross close up in still pics, i am not 100% certain but that nose looks totally fake, she could have altered other things about herself too, but that nose looks so fake to me. What I find very interesting... those glasses the kc in ohio wears look familiar to me. They look like the glasses in these disgusting video logs. It looks like the same glasses in the kc ohio sighting video tmz has... not the one with sunglasses but the other one. In Ohio, she's wearing regular glasses with black frames and what looks like light purple on each ends of the frames. In one close up of that video, in still shots that are close up, you can almost see a line across the bridge of the nose. Looks like a glue on nose. Did Macaluso give her some hollywood california stuff to help her alter her appearance while they were boozing it up on that plane ride with Coronas? JK. But ...those glasses seem like the same ones in the vlog. It's hard to tell since it's black and white. She only turns her head to the side a couple of times but you can't tell because of the black and white.

So if that was really her in ohio, I have two questions. One, did she get paid for those pics and vids by TMZ either directly or they unknowingly (or knowingly) did through a third party? And the other question, doesn't this blow her concerns she shared about her civil depositions out of the water and lower her down to having to go through the civil court process just like everyone else?

I have another question...did Morgan and Morgan ever investigate how tmz got the supposed kc in ohio videos? If that was really her in Ohio doing that obvious video shoot for money, (and at first I didn't think it was her but now I'm thinking it was miss skanky)... how much money did she get and which dirty rat/s helped her...and will this help Zenaida? If this has already been discussed can someone share a link with me so I can catch up faster? I'd really appreciate it.

I apologize if it's already been discussed and I missed it. I've combed through archives best I can and I got hubby to help out too. My eyes are damaged and can only strain for a while when it comes to stuff like reading. I've been worrying about this and wonder if anything has been done about it yet. As far as the weight gain of kc in the ohio scam, it's not hard to make it look like you have bigger boobs, and I'd say it's not hard to make one's behind look bigger either. And I just noticed in another set of the pics on a different day in ohio, the nose is slimmer like kc's. A relative told me the teeth look different but that can be changed too.

Hensley told FOX 4 that he has been contacted by almost every national news outlet about the video. E! News has quoted an anonymous source who admits to posting the video after receiving it from a friend on Facebook, and Hensley posted on a Casey Anthony-related Facebook page that he had been emailed the video.

Hensley declined to be interviewed, citing his attorney’s advice. His Olathe-based attorney, Curtis Sample, told FOX 4 that his client hasn’t done anything illegal.

“I don’t expect him to be arrested,” said Sample. “We’re pretty adamant that he hasn’t done anything illegal. He contacted me to make sure his rights are protected and for advice and council which is a completely normal thing to do.”

Hensley has defended Anthony on several social media sites, and claims to have more video and pictures of her – but he won’t say where he got them, and Sample declined to talk about them.

“I’m not going to comment on anything he’s said,” said Sample. “Right now I’m his official spokesman. Anything he may have said or hasn’t said, we’re not going to talk about that anymore.”

Sample says that his client has not been contacted by law enforcement or by Casey Anthony’s attorneys. In the meantime, Hensley has deactivated his YouTube account, blocked his Twitter account and taken all photos of himself off the internet.

You know if they didn't want that video out then Mason and the others would of denied it was Casey, I know once I was in therapy when the guy I was to marry was killed by a drunk driver, I was told to write my thoughts down not video tape them. I'm wondering if somehow times have changed but I still don't think her computer was hacked. I think it was to see how everyone would react to her. I think they are hoping to either get their money back that they have invested in her. I honestly think when they signed contracts to represent her they didn't know they were signing on with the devil himself.

I have not watched the video, I did see the few parts on the news when they played it. I will not have nothing to do with her she isn't worth my time, neither is any of the other living Anthony's.

Reading Jeff's book you would think that Casey drove around with Caylee in her car at least 2 days after she killed her. Now this really didn't register to me except being a mother I could not in my life think of doing something so sick. But after my mom died I have a new perspective on this. The funeral home here has no morgue so they took my mom to the funeral home I did not know the funeral home did not have fridgeration. so she was on a table all afternoon and next day til the funeral home of her choice picked her up, that night I had to ID her body,(this needs to be changed) She had already started swelling and decomposing it was pretty bad to the point at this time I had to have her cremated now this happened on a cold rainy day in Dec, after leaving the funeral home it hit me about Caylee, I had to pull over and I got sick, it had hit me so strong and Jeff and everyone else is right if you ever smell the smell of death you will never forget it, its not explainable either. A week after my mom died the sheriff K-9 office called me and asked if they could bring their cadaver dogs out to see if they could find the spot where my mom had died (she died coming back from the mailbox). 5 out of 5 dogs hit the exact spot where my mom had laid til ambulance had came to get her. And these dogs were in training. she laid maybe 30 minutes but it felt like an eternity

Good early afternoon,monkeys!  I found some info that's news, to me,at any rate.   George Anthony is the "Safety Director" at Quinco Electrical, according to LinkedIn.  There are photos of George, Cindy, as well as Lee at the Quinco Chili Cookoff.  There have been rumors of Casey's boyfriend who has given her a "job",(if you'll pardon the expression.). Am I really late to the table with this? I think the office she has been " broadcasting" from looks a lot like the Quinco setup mentioned by MizJay earlier.  We all know Casey,the Teflon Tw@t, couldn't do without male attention at all times, so maybe the video stuff was her Cheney Mason finger at everyone, parents, lawyers, even boyfriend/family saviour....One of the Anthony traits I found so revealing is their anti-authority, how dare THEY tell us what to do attitudes.  
I've said this over and over again...Can this case get any more bizarre?  And each time,I'm answered with a resounding, YES!

Baez said there is no way Casey Anthony posted the videos herself, claiming they were supposed to be for her private use, and not meant to be spread around the Internet.

According to Baez, someone like Casey in her position is just trying to express herself.

He said Casey did not give the videos to anyone, and now he and his team are investigating how someone got access to them.

"Right now, we're investigating everything," Baez told Rivera. "We're taking steps, and if lawsuits need to be filed or if investigations need to be done as a result of a criminal act, that's exactly what's going to happen. A person should be able to live and have their own privacy, and people should respect their privacy."

After showing a clip of the newest video, featuring Casey showing off her new ear and nose piercings, Rivera asked Baez if Casey was really remorseful or contemplating her future.

"I don't think you can take a moment out in someone in time, in someone's day and say, 'Well, they're remorseful -- they're not remorseful,'" Baez answered. "This is an unfortunate incident where Casey should have her privacy. She's entitled to her privacy, just like anyone else. She was acquitted of the charges that were posted against her, and she should be able to go on with her life, and I think this is outrageous that this is happening. I think it's criminal, and if it is, we're going to ask that it be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and let's see if the authorities are brave enough to do it."

Baez also said Casey was not chatting with anyone online in the video -- if she was, we would hear them.

Attorney Matt Morgan is confident the leaked footage is a plus for his client Zenaida Gonzalez, who is suing Casey in civil court.

"We believe our case has been strengthened as a result of this," said Gonzalez's attorney Matt Morgan. "We're going to file a motion to renew our motion to compel."

Gonzalez's attorneys were surprised to see the video pop up on the internet

"My gut reaction is that I was shocked. Shocked in the sense that I couldn't believe she would post something like that and cut off any type of financial gain she could get," said Morgan.

During a previous deposition, Casey appeared in disguise by video conference, and pleaded the fifth to nearly every question.

"The reason she cited was her safety. Her safety was called into question, because if the public found out where she was, they could get ahold of her and hurt her," said Morgan.

He said he does not believe the video was simply stolen and posted online.

"Names were edited out. It's an odd video," said Morgan.

Morgan said now that the video blog has been released, the judge should make Casey speak, especially since she revealed specifics about her new life in the video diary.

Geraldo Rivera might have been excited to listen to that fool, Jose Baez, tell some more lies, but I was excited about the start of a new season of Downton Abbey on PBS.  Very good it was, too. Made the intrigues of the Anthonys small potatoes. I knew that fool Baez was again going to be spouting his nonsense last night, but I have grown weary of those two clowns.  I read that Baez made some reference to "His team."  LOL  What team?  Yeah, Jose, my people will get in touch with your people.  We'll have lunch.  Yuk. 

Jose Baez seems to have access to Geraldo Rivera's show any time he wants it.  Gosh, I wish I had a TV show or network such as FOX anytime I had something to say.  Why is Baez given this opportunity?  I have more of interest to say than he does and I'm better looking too.  Well, IMO.

And what is Rivera's fascination with Casey Anthony, you ask.  Well, IMO, the world knows of his uh....interest in young women.  How many times has he traded in one of his wives for a younger model?  I've lost count.

Who in the eff cares if Casey gets tattoos and piercings ???? I have an idea for her -- get "MURDERING SLORE" tattooed across her forehead.

I hope that the State of FL and the IRS are monitering what money Casey might be receiving for her "Interviews."  Actually, that video which was released was as interesting as a boil. A similar motion was previously denied, because the judge agreed Casey's safety would be compromised if the public found out what she looked like.

This renewed motion is a direct response to video diaries and photos that were posted online last week.

Casey's lawyers claim those videos were released without her permission, but Gonzalez's lawyers aren't buying that story.

"I think it was potentially a teaser, like a movie trailer,” said Gonzalez’a attorney Matt Morgan. “I think she wanted to see what kind of reaction the public would give her. There's a small sect that's in her corner.”

Lawyers are scheduled to have another hearing with the judge on this issue.

Lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez, the Kissimmee woman suing Anthony for defamation, are using recently leaked video of Casey to fuel their case.

Gonzalez is suing Anthony, claiming her name was ruined when Anthony said a woman by the same name kidnapped her child, Caylee.

Anthony now claims that the videos' release were not her doing, but Gonzalez' attorneys said the videos were all orchestrated as part of Casey's pursuit of big money.

Casey Anthony is planning to fire her lawyer Jose Baez, who defended her in the 2011 murder trial involving her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. She’s angry over how he’s handling the media circus around her first sit-down interview.

Sources tell us Anthony is furious that Baez has been basking in the limelight and rubbing shoulders with top TV talent, but hasn’t nailed down a big interview deal for her.

Anthony’s original attorney, Cheney Mason, will take over as her representative to the media, and sources say an announcement is imminent.

“Casey doesn’t want to be reading that Jose’s working on all of these deals on her behalf,” a source said, adding that Anthony avidly pores over online reports about herself and her camera-hogging lawyer. “She thinks he’s using her name as a meal ticket,” the source said.

Is there more turmoil in the Casey Anthony camp?

Citing unnamed sources, The New York Post is reporting that Casey Anthony is preparing to dump attorney Jose Baez because she’s unhappy that he hasn’t landed her a major interview and that she doesn’t trust him anymore.

The Post article contained an interesting nugget: “Anthony avidly pores over online reports about herself and her camera-hogging lawyer.”

Could she be a reader among us?

One of those unnamed sources tells the Post that Anthony thinks Baez is “using her name as a meal ticket.”

In a meeting with Casey in July 26 2008, after Caylee was still missing, Danziger described Casey as acting normal -- which in his opinion would not be the same way he would act if his child was missing.

His notes read:

    Mood, good. Reading books, keeping self distracted. Calm, bright affect. No feelings of guilt, not hopeless. Sleeping fine. Appetite okay. Weight stable. Energy okay. Concentration normal. Able to read. And I wrote in there suprisingly cheerful but not manic.

    [Question: What's -- explain that to me, what that meant or what your observation was.]

    Simply this is someone who is sitting in jail. Her child is missing, presumed dead. She's -- while she had not yet been charged with murder, obviously, she's charged with crimes and is being accused by the whole world in the disappearance of the child. You would expect that would provoke some measure of distress, whether someone genuinely did it, whether someone was falsely accused, I mean, it doesn't matter. If my child was missing and I was in jail and being accused of it, I probably wouldn't eat or wouldn't be cheerful and wouldn't been able to read.

KC must be the most unlucky person I know.  Why, why does all this bad stuff keep happening to her!  Her daughter is killed by her father, the molester, and she is framed for the crime.  Now this computer hacking stuff?

her torment has only begun.  She probably believed she would return to a "normal" (whatever that means to her) life . . . it just ain't going to happen.  Just as she used and abused people all of her life, the tables will be turned now.  She will find she has no true friends because no one with a sliver of having their right mind would want to be friends with a liar, a thief, an false accuser, a take no responsibility, a murderer, and a slore.  She may be a meal ticket, but she won't have to worry about going on a diet.  Others will get whatever gains are had (and I hope that's nothing).

Just started to read the Danziger depo.  (Thank you for posting these, Trimm.)  Mason rude to Linda D-B...asking why she is so angry.  She replies that it's because of multiple discovery violations.  Later, when Baez moseys in with M. Medina, his lackey, he's all snarky to Jeff after Dr. Danziger expressed his dismay at unsubstantiated claims made by Casey of criminal activity by others, (i.e. George.)
Jeff:  "We are equally concerned with unsupported allegations of criminal conduct being thrown around in this case."
Baez:  "Are you referring to the indictment?"
(I'm assuming Casey's indictment for murder.)
Linda D-B:  "Is that an objection?"
Jeff:  "No, that's just---Jose being Jose and we're just going to ignore it."

This just shows me how unprofessional both Mason Jar and Baez are.  I would never stop slapping them if I had been Jeff or Linda.  This is why I'm not a lawyer...(a grateful nation rejoices, I'm sure.) ::MonkeyMad::

Mason thinks it's unfortunate that someone has to be truthful in this case?  What an @$$hat he is!

monka, I read that too.  Danziger didn't want to put out the "lies" he believed momster was telling him.  He had to tell the truth about what she said, even if he didn't believe what she said.

I promise I won't quote chapter and verse on these depos, but I find it very enlightening to know that on Dr. Danziger's first visits with Casey, (and this is July of 2008, which would be just a month after Caylee's alleged "drowning",) he says she has an "euthymic affect."

I can so see KC setting up a profile in G's name and interacting with women to set him up.  He was the one that didn't always give in to her and I believe that she did this to manipulate C into a divorce so that she could run the house while C was out working.  I truly believe that KC set G up for murder.  These doc reports just confirm it even more for me.

Anthony said she was not romantically involved with anyone when she attended a party in October or November 2004, but added that she may have had a "spiked" drink because she "blacked out," according to one of the depositions.

"She believes .... that's when that she was impregnated," Dr. William Weitz said during his deposition.

Anthony also said she suspected her father George might be the father, Weitz said, but DNA testing later disproved that, so Casey Anthony said she thought Caylee was likely conceived during the party when she passed out.

Despite the possible cause of her pregnancy, Weitz also said Anthony "never considered, once she was pregnant, having an abortion or having the baby put up for adoption. She wanted the child."

"She said, 'I loved her at first sight,' and 'that child was the most meaningful part of my life for three years,'" Weitz said under questioning from prosecutors.

"That, to me, is important," he added. Weitz said her statements challenged the belief that "the child would be a piece of luggage, a carry-on bag that would be unimportant, would interfere with social relationships, boyfriend relationships, possible job opportunities, travel, that having that child was some way limiting to Casey in her life."

The experts' statements, which the Orlando Sentinel requested be unsealed, are significant because they represent the most recent version of Anthony's story about what happened to her daughter.

But hanging over both depositions was the concern -- and suspicion -- that Casey Anthony was just telling a new set of lies to her mental health experts.

Danziger told prosecutors during the April deposition that he was so distraught about repeating the criminal allegations Anthony made against her father that he lost sleep over the matter.

He initially was court-appointed to evaluate Anthony for competency, but in October 2010, Baez and Mason met with him about working on the case.

Danziger said that during the initial evaluation, he found no evidence Anthony had a mental illness.

Anthony was in a good mood, he said, had no grandiose or paranoid delusions, no homicidal ideas and had no feelings of guilt.

Anthony was, in Danziger's opinion, "surprisingly cheerful," and that he found her behavior "puzzling."

[Anthony] always slept with Caylee and she was highly protective and sensitive to her," Weitz told prosecutors during his deposition, also taken in April. But on "the particular date in question…she was sleeping very hard, she awoke, the father was in the room and Caylee was missing."

"They went to search for her and look around to no avail, and then father brought Caylee to her and she was wet – in his arms. She was wet, and she appeared to be deceased. He then took her, you know, basically, and he took Caylee out of the room from her, and she said she basically lost it at that point in time."

Weitz said when Caylee was discovered, Casey Anthony recalled her father yelling, "Look at what you did, look at what you did." He then told her "I'll take care of her," and left with Caylee.

Weitz said Anthony seemed "detached from a lot of her feeling and emotions, even in times when one might expect they'd be more reactive and intense…"

Weitz also said Anthony "uses lies as a protective measure. She admits to not always being truthful; that for her, it's a protection." He said she was able to "compartmentalize."

Some things, he said, "she can remain benign and unemotional about it. That's a style she has."

Dr. Weitz talks of the MMPI and Casey "underreporting".  From what I can gather, her behavior was thought odd, for all the psychiatrists.  Dr. Weitz says, "even normals produce some sort of deviation in response." (I'm paraphrasing.)  So I'd imagine he considers Casey ab-normal.   ::MonkeyTongue::

The depositions of Dr. Jeffrey Danziger and Weitz vividly describe what Anthony told her doctors about alleged sexual abuse by her father and the alleged drowning death of her 2-year-old daughter in the summer of 2008.

"It is the perception of Casey that her father had something to do with the death of her daughter," Weitz said. "It's clear that she believes that George either harmed and/or took the life of [Caylee]."

Weitz recounts how Casey described her father with the child. Caylee was wearing a T-shirt and shorts. She was wet and appeared lifeless. She said, "Dad took her from me, said all's going to be okay. Daddy will take care of it," according to the Weitz deposition. He then left the room.

"Although she believed the child was deceased, part of her wanted her daughter to be alive," Weitz told the prosecutors.

Attempts to reach George Anthony's attorney for response and comments today have gone unanswered.

it is going to be interesting to see what all happens in the weeks to come, I have a feeling this is all preplanned by all of them the video, the dumping, etc then a book will come out by Bozo and it will be a tell all story but wont tell crap about what really happened.

I agree I do not believe the drowning theory nor do I believe KC was molested or raped growing up. I do however believe KC killed Caylee with chloroform and duct tape.
If GA had of drowned Caylee why did KC duct tape her mouth and throw her in the swamp after driving around a while with her body in the trunk.
But then again I think KC could actually tell the truth and I wouldnt believe her on it, she wouldnt know the trueth if she was slapped in the face by it.

I know in some ways this is just wishful thinking, but it is almost as though KC's acquittal might turn out to be a worse sentence than if she were found guilty.  She has become a pariah, nuclear, and an abomination so revolting that no one even wants to get close to her for fear of contamination. 

If she had been found guilty, her supporters would have continued to have made excuses for her and carry on with the whole  story of her innocence.  Now, whatever happens to her, she brought it all on herself.

I would like to ask a legal question;

Is Baez allowed to write a book now that the trial is over? Is there anything he is legally allowed to do?  Or, is he doomed to face the reality that KC got him a good one?  If he really has lost his gravy train and has no recourse with the info and tactics used, I personally would like to thank karma.   It renews my faith in you get what you deserve, lie down with dogs you get up with fleas.

I wanted so much for her to be found guilty, but I think you are right...This is so much better...and it hits her where she lives, she wants to be adored and revered, instead she is reviled.  Fitting punishment indeed!

I have to say, Dr. W's depo was a terrible read.  The guy sounds as competent as my left foot.  He couldn't give a definitive answer to any question the pros asked.  Sheesh.  I have to hand it to Linda and Jeff.  They've got more patience than I'd ever have.

I'll just bet the A's have had an interesting day.  And can you imagine ole Lee.  He'll now be known as the guy that felt his sister up.  How many 'I love you' s will he be sending her way now?

You know, when she says that G had to shake her to wake her up and ask where Caylee was, I think she was trying to say that G had drugged her.  She made a point of saying that she was a light sleeper and couldn't understand why she was still asleep.  She really hates G.

That's a good point. She may have gotten someone to do a documentary on the case hoping for help. Her supporters are nauseating enough as it is... if she were serving time or on death row, no doubt they would be louder and more nauseating.

Maitland psychiatrist Dr. Jeffrey Danziger told prosecutors before the trial that Casey told stories that may not be true. Danziger quoted her as saying, "I think he held her underwater, maybe he was doing something to her and he tried to cover it up."

Danziger told prosecutor Jeff Ashton he was sick over being the "vector" for Casey's story, saying, "I am deeply, deeply troubled. And I have lost much sleep, lost weight, and I don't know, I want to do the right thing." 

The documents said that Casey told Danziger Caylee could not have drowned accidentally because she could swim.

 The defense, however, told the jury a different story. The defense said Caylee's death was an accident, and that George blamed Casey and covered it up.

"The defense has latitude in what they choose to believe is the truth, but the state does not have that latitude, it is bound by the evidence," said WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer.

Sheaffer, who is a defense attorney and former prosecutor, said he's never seen anyone more determined or successful as Casey in getting people to believe her lies.

Sheaffer said Casey's new videos are further proof.

"I hate being on camera, but I don't know. I need to conquer that fear at some point," Casey said in her video diary.

"We have a different stage. We have the same actress," Sheaffer said.

A source familiar with the situation tells E! News that Anthony remains unwilling to undergo psychotherapy.

"Dorothy and Jose have been trying to get Casey to go into therapy, but she refused to do it," the source said. "Jose has become a parental figure in her life and she doesn't want to be told what to do. And he's done with it. The big issue is the therapy issue. He believes very strongly that if she doesn't get help she can't truly move on."

However, not all of Anthony's lawyers have abandoned ship, as defense team member and sound bite machine Cheney Mason is still on board. Here's hoping he can handle pulling all that extra weight.

I think that Dorothy and Bozo both quit because Casey leaked the videos and they found out the truth of that ...also, if Casey is hiding out at Dorothy's place which I suspect, Dorothy probably realizes that Casey has put Dorothy's family in danger in the event that someone recognizes the decor of the place where Casey was filming from, Dot's place..blabs about it, and some deranged person decides to go harm Casey...doubt if that will happen, but ya never know...

In my view--of course he wouldn't confirm or deny---he is loving the tease and the subsequent anticipated attention.    They are frantic for news coverage.
