Hi seahorse (waving emoticon).  There is no off topic in musings, but ya know, you could open a thread in the Monkey Lounge for Business Items/Discussion.  If you need help setting up a thread, I'd be happy to assist.  I can't remember whether I've seen you start threads or not.  Otherwise, when Klaas isn't as busy as she is right now, you might email her and suggest a business page or something similiar.  It's okay to talk about business in musings, but thought a thread or page might be nice too.  Hope you're having a good Friday.

I have begun new topics on silliness, I would like to be more serious (on a business page) to help support idea's and encourage
others starting (very small) businesses. I am not Bill Gates, (LOL) he reads a lot so I could do that too.

Will you please walk me through the steps for a business thread?

I saw the video addresses for BP Oil Spill coming to Musings.  This is my current favorite one because it joins news stories with all the cameras.  Not that I think for a minute that BP would cut off one for PR reasons. LOL  I am obsessed  with this slow rolling tragedy.

Anyone interested in the oil spill, I have started posting in JSM's thread and then found out we had an oil spill thread after Brandi pointed it out for me. Since I am witnessing this on our beach daily, I have firsthand accounts and pic's of the spill here on my Island.

Hello Monkeys, I have  a sick little puppy and my vet is out of town for a few days,(although if he gets worse I will take him to another vet somewhere else) I just wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do, Axle is a 4 month old half Jack Russell and half chiwawa mixed. He all of a sudden stopped eating and refuses to eat anything I offer him, he will still drink a little water and today the assistant from my vets office gave me a wormer for him and Me and MY son just got through making him talk it. He is still walking around and stuff but will not eat. I hope this helps him in some way, he is sleeping right now and Im waiting to se if the wormer is gonna make a difference at all. All suggestions is welcome. I need help!

I am assuming you mean a dewormer. When was the last time puppy had a bowel movement?
Whenever my dogs have a problem, I switch them to a diet of cooked rice mixed with browned and drained hamburger and also give them beef or chicken broth to drink.
My vet told me once "You never have to worry about a dog starving itself to death. A cat will, but a dog won't."
I don't know how long it has been since your dog ate, but try the above and let me know how it goes.

HH saw your post in Nat's thread.  I have no info. Praying and will see what I can find.  Best to call an emergency vet place and see what they think.  Are his gums pale or noraml pink?
