Thank you, he makes the signs and i paint them! mostly have them for our house, and family and suck we make them, but he has been trying to sell some we sold one so far, but mainly it is just a hobby he has loved since he was little!

we have a big entry way table he has built, he made him mom a shadow box, our night stands, he built his shed too, so he could have a place to work in, i was amazed he didnt use a book or even draw it out first, just started at the ground and built up, its the best one in the neighbor hood  lol

its fun to watch him he does alot, all seasons i have signs, and a huge like 4 1/2 foots snow man with lights. hes very talented!

Good morning everyone.  The whale at Sea World is not going to be put down. He has sired a lot of babies, and is worth a fortune. They need to take all of these wonderful whales and dolphins and so forth and let them loose in the ocean where they belong. They should not be used for someone's entertainment, imo.

I absolutely, 100%, agree NR.  Whales, Dolphins, Porposes (Are they the same thing?  Whatever,) are extremely intelligent mammals.  Probably they are more intelligent than some humans that I know.  Maybe most that I know!  They should not be confined for human entertainment.  I don't know if the ones in captivity all their lives are capable of surviving on their own, but if not, they need to live in dignity and peace and not be made clowns of. 

How would we like it if some creatures from another planet captured us and made us perform away from our own kind and our families?  Not much.  It reminds me of an old Alfred Hitchcock episode where Interterrestrial beings came to earth and started taking wonderful care of humans, fed us, did everything for us.  All the while they were reading a book, "How to Serve Man."  It was a cookbook.

I remember that. And yes I'm not for these shows like at Sea World, and circus shows. I get ill thinking about the terrible treatment that some animals endure at the expense of entertaining. I may be in the minority on this, but I won't even go to horse racing I don't believe in it, and greyhound racing either, though I don't know if they still do greyhound racing anymore.

And speaking of clowns, the Health Care Summit is same ol', same ol.  They are going to scr*w us anyway behind closed doors.  They will do nothing about tort reform which is responsible for a large portion of health care.  Malpractice insurance is several hundred thousand a year for some high risk specialities, such as Orthopods which my late husband was.  Of course most of these so called lawmakers are lawyers.  Why should they cut their own throats?  They have to go back to that when they are voted out of office.  This Obama Socialist Health Care "Reform" is nothing but a bill raising taxes on every one of us and will reduce access to health care for many of us. In addition we will all be paying higher premiums and more for medication because the WH has made a deal with insurance companies and drug companies that they will not be affected if they will support the bill, which they agreed to. The AARP which makes great amounts of money on the insurance they sell to Medicare recipients (Of which I am one) has agreed to support the bill for the same reason--no restraints on premiums.
This is the most corrupt President and Congress in the history of this country.  They are running our federal government on the same principles (None) with which Hussein ran Chicago politics.  They are worse than the Maffia ever dreamed of being.  They can legally get our money and steal it.  At least the Maffia was illegal, even though J. Edgar Hoover allowed it to thrive when he headed the FBI.  There is nothing to stop these crooks until November at which time I hope they have good retirement plans (Which of course they do, it's our money they get) because I hope and believe many of them will be forcibly "Retired" by the electorate of this country.  At least I pray they will.

Yup, nothing but a show with clowns leading the way. I'm so sick of hearing about this health care I could scream. And six hours of this bs  I pray seniors aren't affected, I need to look out for my dad, and he will not be able to afford major changes.

These cakes and cupcakes are fantastic.  I couldn't create something like that and then let it go.  I make dollhouses and have about eight of them but can't let anyone take one. I just love to look at them. My house looks like the craft room at an asylum.

SC, the signs are very nice and it's great that you 2 work on them together. Your MIL's pastries etc are beautiful.......I'll bet they taste as good as they look too!!   A very talented family
