Yeah..and I am also still looking for the sidebar from last Monday..the day shut down the court hearings for the day and JP was exceptionally pizzed.  One of the stations said they would be released later in the day Monday and they would have it up..never happened..bet we won't see Thursday's or todays either..not cause we can't..the stations just aren't following through with publishing the sidebars..maybe they aren't paying to get them..don't know.

After listening to Bill S.'s review, I think BoBo is in bigh trouble.  I think JP is following through on his statement about "lightening striking twice"  in his courtroom.  I don't know what legally will happen, but I think JP is opening the can of whoopass - this has gone beyond silly.

LOL....I do not think that the picture is the cause of any of the events of today by any means. I think the picture is Caylee, I do however, agree with klaas and others that the picture appears to be stretched or something ......that's my story and I am sticking to it...LOL

Kenneth Furton's testimony at the Frye hearing. Baez was the person taking his testimony, which makes it very strange that he wasn't involved in today's deposition. Dorothy Sims took over instead. Things that make you go hmmm.

After hearing Baez's comments in court this morning again when they replayed them on HLN, I was stunned at Baez's attitude and dis-respectfulness (to Judge Perry)!  

 

I was aggravated when I heard him the first time but I was still half asleep.

Maybe Mason decided enough is enough, and with Casey's agreement asked Baez to step down?

I have wasted enough of my life on the Anthonys.  Not that I won't waste more on Monday, however.  But for today, I can't stand to watch Lee cry one more time because he wasn't invited to a party.  Athough it's pretty sad when your own family has a party and doesn't invite you. Next they're going to move and leave no forwarding address for Lee. And that would be one thing I wouldn't fault them for.
I'll be back for more punishment on Monday.  So long, Monks.

I grossed myself out, but watched every move. Seems like there was a resistant booger in his left nostril. He finally gave up with the tissue and tried using his fingers. I don't think he got it all though because the tissue came out again a few minutes later.
Okay, now I'm nauseous. Off to drink some seltzer water.
